Imagine

Imagine...

a stranger. A madman laying upon dew covered grass, the early morning sun lighting up the innocence of his eyes. Listen as the calling of the birds stop to admit a new song. The sound of a soft voice trilling over delicately placed notes. If you cannot spare the time, then never forget that nature stopped to experience this new wonder. Laughter...

a stranger. A madman dancing carelessly through the evening rain. The tantalizing feeling of ecstasy created as each warm droplet falls downward to land upon soft skin, to caress and tickle as it trails along, to wet and purify the innocence of the soul...

Remember...

the stranger. The madman who rolled in a rainbow of wild flowers, a blanket of velvet petals layered over a field of green, to finally lay exhausted, yet still able enough to laugh at the clouds as they swam through an endless sea of beautiful blue.

the stranger who stared in awe at the fatherly moon, dancing his nightly dance with the stars in front of a curtain of black...

the stranger. A child who loved the sweetness of the wind as it ran over his body, it's teasing fingers playing with the child's soft hair. The baby soft hair of a familiar child. Who might that child be?

Remember all the precious emotions, so intense with feelings that only a child is capable to feel. A heart so soft, so tender, so engulfed with love it was able enough to vanquish any pain that touched it. That heart still beats. That heart will always remember even though the face has grown more mature, a little worn with time. That heart will recognize your unfamiliar face inside the mirror of your soul...

Just remember the innocence of the world as you drifted through that long lost portion of your life when you were but a child. The troubles of the world too small for your heart to comprehend. Your soul of pure white, not yet stained by the trails of life, by the irrelevant world...

Remember, Stranger, a picture of you before you lost your purity, your innocence. You would dub yourself now a madman. Now look into the mirror, Stranger, and tell me who the stranger really is...
