                             | Love Is Like a Flower .. It's delicate and fragile |

Like a flower I bloom upon your touch

Of love, consuming your delicate caress like it was ever enough

Like a flower I consume the drips of pain into my leafy palms

As I await for your brightness to make my petals calm again

Like a flower I intake your tears into my pistil

Hoping that your touch of love with care will make my heart still

Like a flower, you know I’m delicate

Yet you started to handle without care

Then slowly the wind of hope and fear love start to send my petals to the ground

But you never notice because my cry is not like yours, it makes no sound

Because something so fragile
