A/N: This chapter got rated R and I want to cry

“If you’re asking me has Harry cheated on you, then no. He hasn’t. That’s the truth. You don’t have anything to worry about.” Louis says, looking me dead in the eyes.

I’m relieved. Really relieved. But this doesn’t explain why everyone is acting so weird.

I let out the breath I was holding. “Thanks.” I begin to turn away and walk back inside but stop when Louis starts speaking again.

“Although, maybe you do have something to worry about. Maybe you should ask yourself why you didn’t believe Harry when he said nothing’s happened, but you believed it coming from me?” He says, raising his eyebrows.

Fuuuuuuck.

“What do you mean?” I question, my voice slightly cracking. Am I the problem?

“Well I’m sure Harry has reassured you nothing’s wrong, but you didn’t believe him, you came to me. It’s just interesting, that’s all.” He brings his cigarette back up to his lips as I disappear back inside, shaking his words from my mind.

I trust Harry, and he told me nothing has happened, so I believe him. I just needed the reassurance from Louis because everyone else was acting strange. Yeah. That’s it.

I cross the room to where Harry is chatting to a bunch of people, he turns away from the group when he sees me coming and starts to walk towards me.

“Hello my beautiful boyfriend.” I take both his hands in mine and close the distance between us, kissing his lips softly.

“You’re awfully cuddly all of a sudden.” He smirks against my lips before pulling away to look down at me.

Yeah it’s called guilt for doubting you, my subconscious makes a sudden appearance, shaking her head. Normally when I start to consume alcohol she passes out immediately…or goes on holidays, either way she’s never around.

“Mmm, I just missed you, that’s all.” I smile sweetly at him, which earns me a smile in return. “Do you want to leave? I just want to spend some more time just us before I go back to uni.” I suggest.

“Yeah, of course. Let me just go say goodbye to a few people and then we can go.” He lets go of my hands and I watch him head over to Niall and say Goodbye.

Meanwhile, I say goodbye to Gemma and Perrie, to which Gemma reminds me about brunch in the morning with Gab and Linda.

I sit with my legs crossed over Harry’s in the back of the van, our fingers entwined and my head resting on his shoulder as the vehicle weaves through the late night traffic. It felt like we were at the party very briefly but apparently time flies when you’re busy worrying your boyfriend has been cheating on you and everyone knows except for you.

“You okay?” Harry rests his chin on my head as his words interrupt my thoughts.

“Of course I am.” I tell him. Am I okay? Part of me is questioning the stability of our relationship- or at least my part in it. Why couldn’t I just believe him when he said I had nothing to worry about? His arm wraps around me and pulls us closer together, letting me relish the feeling of being his arms and substantially melting the amount of stress I’m feeling about our relationship.

“Good, I can’t have you upset- I have some plans for when we get home.”

“You do?” I smirk, bending my head back so I can see the playful look in his eyes as he grins down at me.

“Oh yeah, you deserve to be punished after wearing this outfit all night, I better have been the only one able to practically see your arse cheeks.” He grumbles into my ear.
