Niall's P.O.V

Harry kept giving me those death glares the whole time Kim and I were talking. I mean, it was only the second time I'd met her. It wasn't like we'd known each other our whole lives. If he wanted to talk to her then he could by all means, it wasn't like she was mine or anything. Unless.....

Did he like her??

Kim's P.O.V

"I think Harry likes you," Felicity said as we got back into her car.

"I thought we were just friends. Well, hardly that." I replied plopping down into the leather seat. "Anyways, vas happnin' between you and Zayn?"

Felicity just laughed and beeped the horn at some stupid car driver.

"Well?"

"We're just friends, but he's following me on Twitter and he gave me his number." She blushed at the end. "Do you believe in love?"

That question baffled me. Of course I believed in love. Did I?

"I dunno," I muttered looking out the window.

ONE WEEK LATER

Zayn's P.O.V

"So you like, like her?" I asked Niall as we sat down on the sofas in the lounge. We were at the recording studio and had been given a 20 minute break.

"I-I think so..." Niall trailed off looking at me with his innocent eyes.

"The ask her out." I said bluntly.

"ZAYN!!! I can't just do that!!! Firstly, I don't know if I'll ever see her again. Secondly, I don't even know if she likes me. Third, Harry fancies her too.

"Bro!!!! First, I have her best friends number so we can meet up with her. Secondly, if she doesn't like you then she has problems. ALL Directioners have to love ALL the band memebers. Third, so what is Haz fancies her? You gotta get in there first!!" I finished giving him my teaching and started channel surfing.

Felicity's P.O.V (ohhhhh!!! haven't done her P.O.V yet!!!!!)

"BABY YOU LIGHT UP MY WORLD LIKE NOBODY ELSE, THE WAY THAT YOU FLIP YOUR HAIR GETS ME OVERWHELMED BUT WHEN YOU SMILE AT THE GROUND IT 'AINT HARD TO TELL..." I was getting so caught up in jammin' to my ringtone I almost forgot to answer the damn phone.

"Hello?" I panted down the line.

"Oh hey, it's Zayn" OH MY GOD!!!!! Just DO NOT fangirl Felicity!!! Just act cool.

"Hey, what's up?" I said trying to control my breathing.

"Welll...I dunno if you guessed it but you know Niall likes Kim-"

"WHAT??? I TOLD HER!!! I knew it was either Harry or Niall that liked her!!!" I squealed forgetting who was on the reiciving end. "Oh, sorry Zayn."

He just laughed, "Its alright, babe..."

(AHHHH!!!!! ZAYN MALIK JUST CALLED ME BABE!!!! TOTALLY FANGIRLING ON THE INSIDE!!!!)

"Where Kim would be toomorrow at around 2 pm?" His voice came floating back in.

"Tomorrow...HOLLISTER!! Sorry...she's a floor model at the Hollister on Regent Street. She'll be there tomorrow 'till 3:30 if that helps."

"Yeah, thanks. Um...will you be there?" He asked.

"Yeah!! I work at the tills and I'm a floor model too. Why?"

"Just...er..just wondering. You're fun to be around. Anyway I gotta go. I'll see ya tomorrow. Bye"

"Bye!!" I called before hanging up.

WOW!!!!!!

After fangirling a bit I heard the landline phone ring, I made a dive for the one I kept upstairs but mum beat me to it downstairs. 

I was just about to hang up when I heard Kim's mum weeping on the other end, so I kept listening. Not because I was being nosy but because I was freaked out that something had happened to my best friend.

"Sue, something's happened. I don't know what to do!!!" Kim's mum wailed down the phone to my mum. I tensed.

"Go on," I heard my mum say from downstairs.

"Kim's real parents want to make contact with her now she's 18, but the thing is I can't have ANY say in it because she's 18!!!!!"

What?? Kim's real parents?? I thought Maria and Simon were her real parents. But that means, that means...she's adopted.
