“Everything will be fine”
Voices whispered to me but I could feel nothing.
“Ally please respond” a sweet voice coxed but nothing seemed to work.
I couldn’t see the light, my eyes only saw darkness.
AHH I wanted to cry out as I felt something seep in my arm.
“She will be alright now” An awkward voice spoke.
“Thanks Jerl” the sweet voice answered.
“I’m just an emergency away. Especially for people like us” He giggled and then I couldn’t feel his presence anymore.
“Ja- son” I moaned.
“Oh Ally” I heard him sigh.
I suddenly started to feel stronger than a few minutes before. I could move my fingers and toes and then slowly got the strength to move my arms.
A cold sweaty palm held my hand and spoke, “Don’t move Ally, please take some rest” he told me.
“Jason?” I asked again to make sure it was him.
“Yes Ally. I’m right here. Don’t worry your safe; you’ll heal in a few hours.” He told me.
I couldn’t find the strength to open my eyes. It wasn’t that I couldn’t.
I could but I was afraid that if I opened them then it would all turn out to be a dream.
“Why are you crying Ally?” Jason asked me.
“What!” I shouted shooting my eyes open and looking straight into his eyes.
My heartfelt a strong punch and I caught my breath harshly. “Jason, you’re really next to me” I wept.
“Yes I’m here and I’m not leaving. I’m sorry I was gone but I looked after you form a distance”
“How could you have ever left me?!” I fought back the tears dripping like a continuous flow of water and felt my heart light up on fire.
“I’m sorry Ally. I’m so sorry” He looked away and walked to the window feeling disappointed with himself.
“Where am I?” I suddenly asked. The place around me looked nothing like a hospital. It was a beautiful big room with black and white walls. A coffee table stood next to the bed I was lying on, two huge windows overlooking a sea link.
“You’re in my house” he said in a soft whispering voice.
“Jason I was bleeding. I couldn’t feel my ribs or my head. How am I okay without being admitted to a hospital?” I raised an eye brow.
“That’s because I had a doctor look at you before you awoke. He healed you, don’t worry” He told me weakly.
“I have so many questions to ask Jason. I don’t know where to begin.” I sighed.
“Then save the questions for some other day” He told me putting his hand over the window silk and resting his body on it.
“Maybe I will” I took in an another breath and stared blankly at the white ceiling.
“Could I ask you something? Ally.” He turned around, his eyes had turned completely red.
“Sure” I winced at his sad face.
“I want to take you somewhere tomorrow. Will you come with me?” he asked so gently.
