At the bottom of the tree the Doctor observed Iastra more carefully. She was actually a bit taller than he thought, she had a mop of deep purple hair, large elfy ears, a pretty muscular build, and a milky white complexion. Her hand was amazingly soft and her eyes glowed bright gray. 

"Ya know, Doctor, you can let go of my hand now..."

"Oh! Sorry...it's just so soft! How is it so soft?" The childish side of the Doctor finally came out. Iastra cackled and felt her hands. "Qwpeodk leaf from the smaller trees on the opposite side of the island." She paused and felt the Doctor's hands. "I think you need some yourself, sir."

"Not sir , just Doctor." He smiled at her. Why did he keep smiling? Today was a very smile-y day... "So tell me again...where am I? What planet?"

"Well, your TARDIS, Doctor, landed in my home planet Ictelfraske. A planet of trees and nature...and elves and fairies...and I'm pretty sure I've seen a troll or two."

"Sounds like a fairytale or something. I haven't a clue why the TARDIS landed here though." He violently rubbed the back of his head. 

"Eh...Doctor, I think I know why..."

"What...what's going on? What's happened?"

"Oh, no, it's prolly nothing...Wanna get some moisturizing leaf for yourself?"

"Iastra, you need to tell me now!" He grabbed her exposed shoulders and held her tight. "I can help."

"Well...a few yaftras, equivalent to a a few human weeks, ago, things came here. They were looking for someone and...and - " Iastra couldn't help her tears. They fell slowly in a glowing purple hue. "I-I'm sorry, sir...Doctor, they came looking for...you. They - " The tears began to fall quicker. The Doctor pulled Iastra close. "I thought they meant a physician and I ...I offered my brother...he went and...and   they - " Her voice got smaller. She felt like a tiny speck in the universe of a googleplex more tiny specks. She just met this Doctor and she was already in his arms. "You need to tell me who wanted me."

"I can't. We vowed never to say their name again, I CAN'T! I just can't..."

"DALEKS? CYBERMEN? WHAT?!" 

"I can't!" Iastra pulled away and sprinted as fast as she could from this madman with a box.
