my deal with death
Dedicated to
all hope was gone
nothing left to do
so I dealt with death
just to save you
He made a proposition
To good to refuse
and i knew fully
what i had to lose
So the paper I signed
Using blood of my own
Marking the parchment
with a pen of bone
Once it was signed
It faded to dust
I had not read it
For I had given my trust
Then my very soul
He took from me
I gave it willingly
so you could be free
Your life I valued
So high above mine
I gave myself
for you to be fine
Now live your life
Make it all it can be
But never forget
It was a gift from me
