They say make a wish at 11:11
What can I wish for, when I know I won’t have it my way?
They say that kids wish the loudest.
True, because you won’t here an adult say,
I wish…
How do you expect me to wish for things,
When I can’t even have the things I need, nonetheless my wants?
How can I dream, when I see people and things around me crumbling down?
Wishing won’t do anything…
Wishing won’t make a difference
Wishing is for the naïve
Wishing is for those with hope
Wishing is for those who can wish.
Wishing is for those that have that have the ability to dream,
And have their heads in the sky.
But I have my feet on the ground,
my heart broken and wounded with scars
How can I dream, when I can’t even imagine.
How can I wish, when I can’t even dream?
Wishing won’t make a difference, or can it?
