the haunted hospital

Stories say  theres a abandoned haunted hospital  in Washington D.C. One day, two boys and three girls went to go and visit the hospital, just to see if the rumors were true. Jake, Ronney, Victoria, Lizzy, and Isabel were high school students and were daring. They come to the hospital at night to see if they could see a ghost, if not, there were hospital things to look at and at least they said that they had the balls to do this.

It was midnight when they decided to sneak in. All the girls were trembling with fear, scared of the unknown, but the boys, being boys, tried to play cool and calm. 

When the big metal door click behind them, Isabel jumped. "What was that?!" 

Everyone laughed at how jumpy she was being. She wasn't going to last 20 minutes. "It was the door, Iz. Don't trip, it's all good! I will protect you." Jake had had a crush on Isabel since they were in the 2nd grade, but he never had the guts to ask her out. He wrapped his arm around her shoulder and gave her a light squeeze. "Ghosts can't hurt you... granted if they're real." He wasn't a believer. 

Victoria scuffed at what he said and clicked on her flashlight, shining it down the dark hallway. "If they're real? Then why the hell are we here if they're not real, Jake?" She shook her head. She was the queen bee of the school, very dominating and had to be right all the time. It annoyed everyone but she was cool at times. 

"Vic, shut up." Rooney nudged her and was already walking down the hall. "Come one, guys." He urged them. He wasn't going to deal with Vic's shit, not tonight. He wanted to piss off some spirits, not here Victoria bitch. 

They all walked down the hall, it was creepy. The wall paper was peeling, there was paitent folders all over the floor... it looked like the place had been out of business for awhile.

It was Rosewood Sanitarium. It was built in the late 1800's, a place where families shipped off their mentally ill familly and forgot about them. Just left them to rot. It was the perfect place to be haunted. Insane people... trapped people... it makes perfect angry spirits! But no one thought about that. No one that about, no one thought about the torument they had to go through. About the sadness, just about how awesome it would be to see a looney ghost.
