I smiled at my beautiful baby boy. He's the best baby anyone could've ever asked for. His name is Carter. He has a head full of beautiful black hair. He's already a month old.
"Hey baby." Khalil smiled on Facetime, He could only stay 2 days after the birth.
"Hi." I smiled laying the baby on my cbest.
"What's up?"
"Nothing, just laying here with my little man." I smiled.
"I see. What y'all doin?"
"Missing you, baby. What are you doing?"
"I'm tired & hungry." He rubbed his eyes.
"Aw. How'd your game go?"
"Great, Josiah came and ran on the court during halftime."
I laughed.
"I miss him."
"I miss Carter, when are you gonna bring him?"
"I can't bring him to a loud game baby."
"But bab-"
I sighed.
"No Khalil."
He pouted.
"Baby I gotta go." I said.
"Why?"
"Carter's doctors appointment starts in 45 minutes."
"Alright babe."
"Alright."
"I love you Carter." He said.
Carter looked at the camera.
"I love you babe."
"I love you too."
I hung up.
"Okay, lets get you ready for the doctors." I picked the baby up.
