Chapter 2
I stared at the road, leaning my head on the bus stop sign. Alternative rock music was blaring through my earphones as I waited for the bus. As I slid "unlock" on my phone to change the song, my right earbud was taken out. I spun around, only to come face to face with Alex. "Ruby." he smirked. I then realized the motorcycle behind him. "Uh, hi." I said, a bit warily. "Would you like a lift home, love?" "Oh um, no thanks. I'm fine taking the bus." I said, spinning back around. I heard him walking closer, eventually coming inches away from my face. He still stood facing my back, though. "You have an incredible arse." he seductively spoke into my neck. I spun back around, the disgusted expression on my face contrasting with his smirk. "Fuck off." I spat out.
He laughed, fixing the few strands of hair falling on his forehead. "Seriously, can you just go away?" I snapped. Just then, I felt a raindrop on my nose. Ugh, great. "Ruby, the bus could take a while. I'm sure you'd be more comfortable going home with me." he smugly stated. "Then again, I wouldn't be complaining if I could see you get drenched in that white t-shirt you're wearing." he winked. Blech. What a pervert. But the bus WAS taking unusually long.. "Fine." I sighed, rolling my eyes. He smirked. "Hop on, love." he gestured towards the seat.
