What I believe, guys like a girl play by his side then setting on the side lines.
Beside that not all guys don't like a girl who try to compare with him to yourself. This is supported by a stranger quoted "I hate it when girls try to act interested in things I'm interested in to try and connect with me. Pisses me off."-anonymous. But not all guys are the same.
TIPS
If you have a tomboy boy inside of you let it out. Guys think it's sexy for a girl doing something manly like playing Battlefield 2, Bad Company 2, etc.
If your not a video gamer type and your boyfriend play video games. Ask him if you can join him and teach you how to play it.
Don't pretend to play video game(s) to impress guys.
