The Maze (Probably Never Gonna Finish... You should read my new stuff)

Okay I’m taking your advice and making the POV’s less switchy and more in depth so here goes this will be in this chappie were gonna here from Vanessa, Trenton, and Lex. Maybe someone else HINT!!! I hope that I can make this chapter good for you guys! -N

Vanessa Orasi:
            I opened my eyes, nuzzling my head into Cadell’s warm armpit. He smelt sweet despite lack of showering. “Get up we have to get moving.” He said hopping up, extending a hand to me who her claimed was not his partner. My mind flashed back to yesterday.

            “Cadell, if you don’t tell me then how can we be good partners?” I whined, grabbing lightly at his t-shirt, running my tiny fingers along the soft fabric. He snatched my hand from off his shirt pulling me close to his side, his voice becoming very stern.

           
            “Listen Vanessa, I don’t want you here. If you choose to be here fine. You are not my partner and never will be.” He growled and for some reason those words cut like knives.

            “But.” I mumbled but no words came out.

            “Ha-ha Yes!” He shouted in triumph around the corner. We’d been moving non-stop and I was starting to wonder if we’d ever go to sleep. I ran to catch up to him, gasping as my eyes met the beautiful oasis, a beautiful lake of water, trees lining the edges bearing fruits of all kinds.

            I chased after Cadell, watching as he whooped joyfully, sipping water and biting into a juicy ripe apple. The grass felt weird of my sneakers compare to the sleek feeling cold maze floors. I collapsed to the ground smiling.

            We feasted happily all night, before happily curling up and going to sleep. I sat up straight, grabbing my bag and tossing some fruit into it, filling my water bottle and tossing that in my bag as well.

            “Pack me something will ya!” Cadell shouted, unfolding a large piece of paper from his bag, taking out a pack of pencils as well.

            “That’s something partners do.” I sneered, glaring at the handsome boy across from me, watching as he flicked as bright red hair. He scribbled on the paper before turning to me.

            “If I say we're partners will you?” he asked.

            “Maybe.” I mumbled.

            “We’re partners.” He said quietly.

            “What was that?” I asked.

            “Pack the god damn fruit!” he shouted going back to his intent scribbling. I tossed a couple extra apple, pears, and oranges into my bag.

            Before I could even lift my bag, Cadell was off ahead of me again. I didn’t even call for him to wait, I knew he wouldn’t.

            I trotted to catch up with him, watching as he erased a line here added a line there. We turned, dead end, we turned back, him scribbling again.

            “Oh, a map! That’s what you’re making.” I exclaimed, astonished.

            “Surprise! Surprise!” He jeered sarcastically.
