Ever wonder
what's actually going on?
I think much of it comes
from people's frustration
at a perceived lack of control
in their lives.
A lack of understanding
in what's going on all around them.
Overwhelming them via
instant media
news agencies
24 hour news cycles.
Their having to fill that void
with not just something but
something interesting.
To pull people's attention
(bottom denominator works).
Right?
People's perception
being skewed
by all of this.
Then actually
too much transparency
in some parts of our government
not enough in others.
People wanting an explanation
that is believable to them.
When many times
answers aren't much believable
to anyone.
Or are
simple incompetence
on the part of politicians
the government system
the process and
not paying attention
to the right things.
Partly because
we have too much information.
DHS, the
Department of Homeland Security,
CIA, NSA,
and so on.
Alphebet agencies with
not the right information
at the right places
for the right people
at the right times.
It's not black and white out there.
We just wish it were.
In some cases
deluding ourselves
into thinking
that we know...
what's actually going on.
