“Mason, meet Jale, Chi-Lan, and Katie.” D announced as this Mason person approached us.

“Hi, I am Mason Dereks, it is a pleasure to be working with you all.” He smiled and shook hand with all of us, I was last, and he didn’t notice who I was until he approached me.

“Well well, who do we have here, Mrs. Taxi stealer?”

“Well Well, who do we have here, Mrs. Taxi Stealer?”

I rolled my eyes and offered my hand for him to shake. He rudely walked away without even taking a glance at my hand.

“Okay, everybody, go to your conference rooms, pick a video, and investigate!” D said to the whole room.

Everyone had scattered around to their partners and their work rooms. I made my way to our room and sat in my very own rolling chair. When no one is around, I just might spin around like a little child. But no one can know.. shhh.

“Alright girls, do y’all have any video for us today?” Mason asked. I raised my eye brow and I volunteered first. “Actually I do” I raised my pen and crossed my legs.

“Alright show us what you got!” I mentally rolled my eyes; I already don’t like this guy.

My video showed on the screen. “Okay guys, this video was shot about three years ago in Texas, where it has been said that the ghost of some children push your car over the train tracks when you stop the car, take they keys out of the ignition and put the car in neutral. The legend says that a bus full of children were crossing the train tracks one day, and a train crashed into the bus killing every single child, including the bus driver, they also say that if you put baby powder on the back of the car you will see fingerprints of the ghost children after they pushed you over.” I said and pressed play. “Oh wow. I would really like to investigate this one, it seems really interesting, I think we should watch the others, but this is definitely the top for now.” Chi said this smiling; she really loved it when it came to actual ghost related videos. “I like this one to guys, but I have a video also, it’s where this guy was in his car one night and he happened to have his video recorder, he saw a light in the sky, it was moving and it was really bright, he didn’t know what it was so he took out his video recorder and this is what it looked like” Jael pressed play for us to watch the video. A white light, looked kind of flat, it was going slow at first then it sped up and disappeared into the night sky. “Woah!” We all screamed out at the same time. “I am not convinced.” Mason said and walked over to the screen, go back to the beginning please?” Jael did as he said. “Alright now do a play by play, mhm, see that?” He asked pointing to the billboard in the picture. “Ah I see now.” I said. “This was defiantly hoaxed; you can totally see where it was just put into another video, clever though.” I said and I nodded my head towards Chi.

“Okay, I have a picture that might just freak you out. This guy named James saw a figure in his room before he went to sleep, he said he thought it was an alien. Here check it out.” She projected an image on the screen. “Yeah you can really see the head and the shape of the body. I would really like this one.” Mason said and sat down.

“Alright Mason, do you have a video for us today?” I asked politely. “Nope, I am new here. Remember?” One day I will slap him. He is going to go too far. “Right, gotcha.” I looked at him and smiled then looked over at Jale, and Chi, then rolled my eyes. ‘He is super cute!’ Chi mouthed to me. ‘No he is not Chi, shut up!’ I mouthed back.

“Okay guys, we have two things that we can investigate, we have the Alien picture, or the Ghost Tracks. I vote for the Ghost Tracks.” I say then turn towards Mason. “And for me I will go with the Alien.” I shook my head and then asked Chi and Jael. They wanted to do the ghost tracks, so we decided on that, and are going to investigate it. “Sorry, maybe next time Mason?” Jael shrugged and took Chi’s hand to go tell D what we were doing, where we were going, and how long it should take.

This isn’t good. Chi and Ja left me alone with Mason.

“So what’s up with you?” Mason walked over to me. He stood a few inched taller than me. I looked up at him “What?” I asked confused. “What is up with you?” He asked again but more annoyed this time spacing out his words. “I don’t know what you mean Mason?” I phrased it more as a question. Not really what I was going for. “And you think you are smart, you can’t even answer my simple question.” My mouth gaped open and I was about to slap him when he grabbed my wrist. “No No No.” I rolled my eyes and tried to set my wrist free, but his grip kept getting tighter and tighter. “What is with you?” I asked him still trying to get my wrist free. “I don’t quite understand.” He said obviously mocking me. “Please just let go, I have to get the equipment ready for tomorrows investigation.” He finally let go and I rubbed my wrist. It really hurt, and I made my decision, I definitely don’t like this guy, at all.
