Hypnotized

„You‘re really doing this aren‘t you?“ „Well I‘m at the airport so I‘m guessing the anwer is yes and don‘t worry I‘ll be fine“ „yeah you better be! I love you sweetie“                                                              My mom can be a bit of a drag sometimes. I‘m 20 years old and I told her since I was 15 that I was going to move to London one day she had 5 years to deal with it but right now she is freaking out a bit.  „Call me when you land and have your sweater with you and make sure Anna takes care of you and call me when you get to the apartment okay?“ I‘ve never seen my mom this paranoid before actually. „Yes mom I promise now I really have to go. Love you“ 

Leaving my mom turned out to be harrder than I thought it would be.  Me and my mom had been alone since I was 7 years old, that‘s when my dad walked out on us and I‘ve never seen him after that and honestly I didn‘t want to. I was on my way to live in London with my friend Anna. She had an apartment in west London that was beautiful and she needed a room-mate. Since I was in love with London it wasn‘t a hard decision.  I was so excited but yet so nervous at the same time, I didn‘t really know how to act. We where about to land so I was soon going to be in a place I could call home.

„HIIII omg I‘ve missed you so much“ Anna said while giving me the biggest hug ever.  „I‘ve missed you too“ I said to her almost starting to cry. We hadn‘t seen each other for 2 years so  this was a really happy moment for us. „I‘ve got a surprise for you“ Anna sang with a huge grin on her face. „Whaaat?“ I said worries clear in my voice.  Anna lifted up 2 tickets and almost screamed at me „WE‘RE GOING TO SEE THE WANTED!!“ „wow Anna make everybody jealous here won‘t you!“ I said to her since I told like when the attention is on me. „but ermm when are we going?“ Anna smiled from hearing the excitment in my voice. „Tonight! Common let‘s go home and get ready, you can rest tomorrow“  I agreed and we got in a taxi that drove us home.
