Soda Pop (One Direction)

"I'm leaving mom!" I shouted in my british accent, grabbing my keys off the kitchen counter.

Storming out into the garage, I grabbed my wallet and sunglasses. I started up the engine and sped out of the drive. I drove to Cheeseburger Bobby's to meet my friend Sela. My family and I had moved to the states a year ago. My parents were starting to lose their accents, but mine was still going strong. I pulled in next to Sela's silver car. I strutted inside to find her at a small table. I stood in the small line area and the cashier greeted me. 

"I'll take a soda pop please." I said glancing around the small place, then I saw him.

My eyes locked on his carmel eyes. He turned and his gaze met mine, our eyes were locked, until I heard a voice in the backround.

"Ma'am, what size...what size? Excuse me, what size?" The cashier said with an annoyed tone.

"Medium." I responded, blushing feircly.

He still stared at me and laughed softly at me, I grabbed my cup from the lady and walked over to the drink machine thingy (don't know what it's called). The boy was sitting with four others. I filled my cup with Sprite and took a seat by Sela. We chatted casualy, until the boy came up to our table.

"Hello, would you like a picture?" The boy asked my smiling.

"Um, excuse me. Who are you?" I asked the boy, not amused at all.

"Liam Payne, from One Direction..." He stated trailing off.

"Never heard of you, I'm sorry. Um but sure, I'll take a picture." I said standing up and handing Sela my phone. 

He wrapped an arm around my waist and I put mine around his shoulders. He smiled at the camera and then kissed my cheek. I blushed a little bit, trying to hide it by turning to Sela and grabbing my phone. He got out his iPhone and went to contacts.

"What's your number?" He asked in a queit nervous voice.

"Oh, um..." I responded telling him my phone number.

"Thanks, maybe we can hang out later." He said, waving and walking away.

I stared at him as he walked away with the four other boys. Sela and I walked out in shock. We both got into our cars and drove home. I pulled into my drive way and went up to my room. I pounced onto my bed and opened up my laptop. The screen took me straight to google, so without hesitation I typed in One Direction. Sure enough, it popped up with pictures of the five boys. I opened up the Wikipedia page and read it. They sounded pretty cool, so I then listened to all of their songs on YouTube. They were really good. 

I called up Sela on the phone. She answered on the second ring.

"Hello?" She answered.

"Hey, I looked up One Direction, they're actually really good!" I explained to her.

"I know! Harry is totes-my-goats adorable!" She exclaimed, typical Seal behavior.

We hung up laughing at the silly phrase. I opened up my contacts folder and set Liam's picture as the one we took today. I smiled at the memory. Then I texted him.

Kay(myself): Hey, I listened to some of ur music, ur rlly good!

Liam: thx want to have dinner with the boys and i tonight?

Kay(myself): Sure! can my friend come?

Liam: sure!

Sela was going to be extatic, so I texted her, telling her the good news.

Kay(myself): Get ready and wear something nice, we r going out 4 dinner

Sela: kk

I layed my phone down next to my shower and turned the water on. I  stepped in and washed my dirty blonde hair. The water stung as it ran into my blue eyes. When I was done in the shower, I blew dry my hair and then curled it using my spiral iron. I used thin sections to make tiny ringlets. After my make-up had been applied I got dressed. I wore a navy blue dress, with strings that crossed in the back. It was mid-thigh length and I wore a pair of strappy red sandals.

"I'm going out to dinner with Sela!" I yelled to my parents as I walked out the door.

I jumped in my car and drove to Sela's house. Honking my horn, Sela came running out of the house. She quickly got into the car and we drove to LongHorn. The boys were already there and the boy I reconized as Louis brought his girlfriend, Bailey. She has long dirty blonde hair and green eyes. Liam met us at the front and showed us to the table they were at. He sat down next to me and Sela scooted in next to Harry. We all chatted for a while until the waiter came over.

"Hello, I'm Megan. I'll be your server tonight, what would you like to drink?" She asked us very politley, though you could tell she knew of One Direction.

"A soda pop please." I responded.

Liam let out a small laugh and winked at me. I smiled at him and stuck my tongue out at him. 

"What, I've always called it soda pop!" I exclaimed while everyone stared at me like I was crazy.

Liam laughed the hardest and wrapped an arm around my waist. Sela winked at me, and I giggled.
