I'm sorry, this isn't a chapter, but I've decided every single one of you deserve an explaination. I have been lacking as an amateur author for 8 months. I have many excuses but the main reason is one I was scared to admit.
You see, I've made one of the worst mistakes a writer could make. I let other people's opinions change my ideas in my work. I started to sway my story based off comments and what others wanted to see. I was ashamed and wasn't proud of my work anymore. However, this is my story and I refuse to let this continue. Of course, I appreciate everyone's comments and praise - I love you alll! But please, understand this story may not go the way you want to. I do not want to leave this story unfinished. I swear.
Saying that, I do plan to take this story off hold (I've started writing the next chapter now actually). Keep in mind it's going to be a rough start since I've lost my touch with my characters and where this story was going. I suppose that's all part of the fun though! <3
