                                                                   Synopsis

Nine months after the end of "Talk Dirty to Me" J.D., now known as Chris has finally found a place in the world- sort of.  After waking up with no memory of who he was or where he's been he accepted his fate and moved on.  Now he is working at a motorcycle shop, semi-dating but can't help to feel that something is missing- something that he can't pin-point until a certain dark headed beauty rolls into town. 

After nine moths of being in a near comatose state because of the death of her mate, Maya suddenly snaps out of it.  She wakes up but she's nothing like the bubbly teenager she once was.  Now she's angry, she has a lot of attitude and she can't stay in her home town any longer.  She has to get out.  She has to escape but to where, she doesn't have a clue.  All she knew was away from home and everything that reminded her of J.D.

Two weeks later she blows into Greensboro, N.C. and runs into a man that is the exact image of J.D.  The connection is there, he looks just like her mate but there is one major difference- he's not a wolf, he's human.
