Cameron POV

"Cameron you got a table and the nigga sitting there is super fine," my best friend Peaches said. 

"Peaches you know I have a man," I said grabbing my note pad and pen. 

"It doesn't hurt to expand your horizon," he said. 

I rolled my eyes,"I'm perfectly fine with Dewayne." 

"It don't matter he got a baby anyway."  I laughed at my best friend and headed to my table.  "Hi, my name is Cameron and I'll be your waitress, can I start you off with something to---."  I stopped and was surprised at who was staring me right in the face.  He definitely has changed in the past 3 years.  Both of his arms were covered in attoos.  His baby face was starting to change.  He even grew out a beard.  "Chris," I whispered. 

"Cameron, wow, you changed," he said.  He got up and hugged me and his cologne filled my nose.  I didn't hug back because I couldn't.  I felt like my limbs were paralyzed.  "How have you been," he asked. 

"A-alright."  He smiled his goofy smile,"That's good." 

"Daddy," a little boy yelled running into Chris arms. 

"Wassup little man," he said hugging him.  Coming behind the little boy was a woman  who looked out of breath.  "That little boy can wear you out," the woman said. 

"Babe you remember Cameron don't you," Chris said. 

"Yeah I do and girl you look way better than you did on that porch," she laughed.  I rolled my eyes,

"Can I take you guys order?" 

"I'll have a coke," Chris said. 

"I'll have de-caff coffee," Draya said. 

"And I'll have orange juice," the little boy said.  I looked at the little boy and almost fell into tears.  My baby has grew up and looked more like his dad.  The only thing he had of mine were my dimples and the color of my eyes.  I walked away quickly and went to go get the drinks. 

"Girl you okay it looks like you seen a ghost," Peaches said coming over to comfort me. 

"It's him," I managed to get out. 

"Who?"

"Chris and he has Cj with him," I choked out.  Peaches held me as I cried. 

"Come on girl don't let him do this to you clean yourself up and do your job."  I shook my head wiped my tears away. I got their drinks and headed back to their table.  I handed them their drinks, "Are you guys ready to order?"  They gave me their orders and I went to the back to give it to the chef.

"Cameron here's your order," the chef rang.  I grabbed the plates and brought over to the table.  "Funny Face for little man," I said handing  Cj his plate. 

"Tank you (Thank you)," he said.  I smiled at his mannerism, "you're welcome." 

"Big steak omelet," I said  handing Chris his plate.  "Thank you," he said smiling. 

"Mommy look I drew me, you, and daddy," Cj said.  I accidentally knocked Draya's plate over once he said that.  "Shit!" Everyone looked at me and I ran out crying.  I got into my car and cried.  My son called someone else mom.  MY   SON CALLED SOMEONE ELSE MOM!  I know I left him but it was for the best.  I was going to go back and get him once I settled into my apartment and my hair salon opened, which opens in 2 months.  Someone tapped on the window.  I looked out and saw Chris.  "Can I talk to you," he said.  I nodded and got out the car.

"What's wrong," he asked leaning on my car. 

"Chris what do you mean what's wrong my son is calling someone else mom!" 

"Well what do you expect you haven't been around in 3 years!" 

"I asked you not to let that happen!" 

"Cameron look you'll always be his mom, I mean if it makes you feel any better I'll bring him over so you two can bond." 

"You'll do that?" 

"Yeah that's your son right?"  I smiled and hugged him. 

"Thank you!"

"Your welcome."
