First of all, I've seen so many people posting topics about how most of the stories on the What's Hot list have terrible grammar, un-original plot points/story lines, cliché situations, and are basically illiterate with annoying titles. There are also so many posts giving examples of these types of stories. Why not do something about it and help the writers of Wattpad improve?

Fortunately, I took some time off the last week of my summer vacation and decided to write a sort of guide/reference page for all our writers. Before you continue, let me make clear what you are about to read.

This is not created for specific story genres, though I will be getting to poetry later. I will NOT tell you how to find inspiration, copy stories and changing it into your own, or even to write better. Like I said, this is just a reference guide that will help you improve. :)

By the way, as incompetent as I see myself, what I write here is mostly in my opinion and context taken from actual writing guide books. I'm going to have to write illiterately for exaggeration; (a lot of crappy writing), so for future warning, don't take anything personally! !
