Facing The Differences Chapter 2

BEEP!BEEP!BEEP!

I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring in my ear at it's loudest.I jumped up startled and fell onto the carpet.No,It can't be morning already.I'm not ready to face school.I looked at the clock and it's 6am already.It felt like i only got 2 hours of sleep.I sit up and yawn and run my fingers through my blond hair.I slowly drag myself of the floor and stagger to my feet.Oh it's gonna be a long day,I thought as i was heading into my bathroom.I looked into the mirror and put a smile on my face.I turned around and started turning on the water.It was just right so,i got in.

I got out and grabbed a towel from the wooden cabinet and wrapped it around my cold body.I rushed out trying not to slip on the tile.I looked at the time.Damn,30 minutes tell i have to leave.I got in my drawer and grabbed panties and a bra and quickly slipped them on.I grabbed my gray long sleeve shirt and my blue jeans.I put them on.I headed back in the bathroom and dried my hair as much as possible.I brushed it out and straightened it.Lastly i brushed my teeth and grabbed my book bag that had been sitting by my bathroom door.5 minutes tell i leave.Nobody was down stares,mom left for work so did dad,and Miranda took the bus.

I ran out to my car and drive mindlessly to school.I pull up in the parking lot and spot Austin leaning against his car.Is he waiting for me.I don't want him too see me this way and ask stupid questions.

"Hey sexy"he said walking over to me grabbing my waist.

he noticed me,I got out of my car as quietly as a could though.

"Don't you need to be in class"i said pushing him off.

"Don't you"he asked looking me in the eyes.

"Yeah but i arrived late"i say raising my eyebrows.

I ignore what he has to say next and walk in the school.Barley anybody in the hall besides the people who skip class and have better things to do.I walked over to my locker and start cramming books in.I get out all the stuff i need for social studies and head to class.

The bell rang for passing period for the next class.I didn't even want to participate in P.E but i had to.I grabbed my Black shorts and green shirt out of my locker.It's the last class get over it.I walked into the locker room an started changing.

P.E was finally over...

"Hey"I hearAudrey's voice.

"hi"i say searching the hall for her.

She walked up to my locker with a full smile on her face.

"So,you sounded upset yesterday"she said turning her head to the front doors leading too the school.

I turned and my attention caught to the head cheerleader and one of the football players walking through the door.Every one was starring.My eyes got big then small.The head cheerleader,Nicole was always having new boyfriends,just about every week.I wasn't that surprised that she's a slut.I over heard Cameron talking too his best friend about asking her out.I have too admit he was pretty sexy though dark hair,perfected eyes and toned body.

I seen him walking towards my locker but why would a football player talk too me.He's probably coming over to talk to Audrey

"Hi"he said in a firm voice.

"Are you talking to me"i asked raising my eyebrows.

"yeah"he said motioning Audrey too leave.

"What was that about"i said pointing in her direction.

"i just wanted too talk to you alone,is that OK"he said biting his lip.

"yeah"i said smiling.

"I wanted too see if you were free tonight night"he said grabbing my arm.

"Yeah no plans"i said looking at the floor.

"You wanna come over and we can go to the pizza place"he said starring at my boobs.

"Uh,sure"i said pulling up my shirt.

"OK cool i'll call you"he said walking away.

I opened my locker and got out books.I can't believe,he would ask me out just out of no where who does that.I wanted to scream,but i was in school so i didn't.I was so exited to get home.I liked him.School was just starting so i don't think it will stay this way at all.

End of the day finally.I said walking out to my car.As i sitting down,my phone started ringing.It was mom.

"Hello"i said looking for the keys.

"Hi honey,how was school"she asked.

"Oh great"i said with a smile on my face.

"Good,I'm going too be a couple hours late coming home but your dad should be home"she said.

"Ok,can i go to Cam,Audrey's house"i stuttered,into a lie.

"Sure you can"she said.

"Thank you,love you"i said.

"Love you too bye"she said.

I set down the phone and drove home.I reached home and hoped out of my car.I walked in the house and ran too my room.I should be getting a call from Cameron any minute now.My phone started to ring.

"Hello"i said happily into the phone.

"Hey babe you can come over any time we have the house to ourselves"Cameron said.

"Ok i'll be over"i said.

I shuffled across the floor and over to my dresser.I can't were this.I looked down at the outfit i wore to school.I started digging through the bottom drawer to find pants sure enough i found the perfect pants to go with my new shirt.I put on my out fit and ran into the bathroom and brushed my teeth and hair.

I went down the stares tripping over a couple at the bottom.

"where are you going" a voice from the top of the stares called.

I turned around and starring at me with her whore outfit and black makeup,Miranda.

"I-I'm going to Audrey's house"i said looking away and then back at her.

"Sure you are"she said with her hand on her hip.

I turned around and acted like she was gone and i walked out the door.I got in the car and drove over to Cameron's house.I arrived in his drive was and put down the mirror and checked if ever thing was perfect.I walked up to the house and rang the door bell.The door suddenly opened and Cameron was dressed in Hollister sweat pants and shirtless.

"Should i wait in the car"i asked.

'No you can come in if you want"he said.

'Okay"i said walking in.

I have to admit his house was pretty nice and i was wishing i could be here more often instead of being guarded by over protective parents.I hate people sometimes.And my sister didn't help with that i suppose.

"So the only thing i need to do is pick out the clothes i want to wear for out date,I heard you knocking so i threw on so sweatpants"he said.

he lead me upstairs into his room.He went over to his dresser and picked out a pair of pants and a Hollister shirt.Right when i thought he was going to change In front of me,but he went into the bathroom.

When he came out his hair was perfect and he smelled of cologne.

"By the way you look great"he walked over to me and whispered.

"Thanks you too"i said.

"Do you want to stick around here a little longer or leave"he said with a smirk.

"It really dosn't matter"i said.

I started to blush i could feel the tenseness in my cheeks.

"Okay" he said.

He slowly put his hand lightly on my hips.My body lit up.I could already tell this was going to work out completely fine.I felt like i could trust him with my life,a little connection went through me when he laid his hand on my hip.I touched his arm and looked him in the eyes for a long while.His head slowly started creeping towards mine.Oh my god!he's going to kiss me.Our lips meet and i was loving once again.
