Will Hate Become..............Love??? (Dark Love Story)

I was slowly walking to school enjoying the fresh morning air and the waking birds sound.  The sun was barely noticeable and there were still some stars that we could see.  The light of the street suddenly turn off and the sun finally shown his face, lighting the street and awaking the last birds still asleep.  I walked faster, to be sure to not be late at school.  I didn’t want to be late and see the dark room again.  I hate that room.  It’s the worse room in the entire mansion.  Because of it, I’m permanently scared of the dark.  My luck, I have to work in the dark.  Because of her, I’m insomniac.  I can’t sleep.  It’s been years since I dreamed for the last time.  I was too young to remember it.  I hated my life, but what can I do?  I need to clean my name, to make sure I wasn’t going to live in the street.  I needed to survive, at all cost.  Even the most sadistic, stupid or... dark ones.  It’s my life.  Its how it always been.  I entered the big portals that lead to my new school.  I was too often missing class in the other, so they chased me.  I was too occupied about my training.  It’s completed now, and my Grand-Mother wants me to go to school even if, technically, I finished my high school studies a year ago.  I was smarter than most of the people in my class, and always had the best grades.  Me and Hiwatari-kun, my cousin, were always fighting about who had the best grades.  Guess we’re gonna find out this years.  I walked to the secretary desk and waited for her to turn around and notice me.  When she did turn around, she jumped high in fright and send all the paper she was holding fly in the air.  I caught them all and gave them to her, in order.

‘’There are your paper, sorry if I scared you.  I didn’t mean to.’’

‘’No no, it’s okay.  Thank you for helping me.  Welcome to your new school.  What’s your name?’’

‘’Kira’’

‘’Ah, Kira-chan!  Yes, I was award of your arrival.  Welcome again.  There is your schedule, your class and a map of the school.  Come and see me if you need anything else.’’

‘’Sure eh.....’’

‘’Ayame’’

‘’Ayame-chan’’ I said with a smile.  

I walked off to my first class, not even caring about looking at the map.  I already learned the way to my class by heart, so why should I care?  I sat in the class at the only desk than was free on the class plan, next to my cousin.  Student started to arrive and looking at me.  Everyone was only talking about Dark’s apparition tonight.  I don’t know what they find him, I mean; he’s a playboy, thief, sarcastic and heartbreaker teenager who is more than 40 years old, for the bloody hell of my Grand-Mother!  I waited there, on my desk, not talking, not looking, and not listening.  I was in my world, thinking about how I will get Dark tonight.  My Grand-Mother hates failure, and I don’t have much chance to capture him.  If I fail too often, not only I will see the Dark room often, but I will be thrown out at some point.  I do not wish that to happen.  I small poke on my shoulder made me spin around and take a hold on the wrist of the mysterious person and keep her on the ground.  The chair fell in a clatter and the silence was made in the room.  Curse my reflex.  I identified Hiwatari and helped him up.

‘’Good, Hiwatari, don’t you have any instinct?  Watch it, cuz!’’

‘’Sorry.’’

‘’Ya whatever.’’

I sat back and came back in my day dream.  How to catch him?  He's smart and fast.  And surly will find a way to break trough the defence.  I'll ask Hiwatari-kun later.  The teacher entered and began is class.  He wanted me to go in the front and present myself.

"Hello, my name is Kira Hiwatari, and I'm the cousin of Satoshi-kun.  I hate thief, especially Dark, the phantom thief, and Dark rooms.  I love blood, weapons and fire.  And I adore cats.  Please take care of me for this year."

"Anyone got question for Kira-san?"

A girl with long red hair put her hand up, along with some boys.

"Yes, Risa-chan?"

"Why do you hate dark rooms?"
