Naruto smiled, crashing his lips into mine, I eagerly kissed him back with as much passion....
With Kakashi and Sakura watching. I didn't want to pull away though... I smirked, pulling Naruto closer by wrapping my arms around his neck and intertwining my fingers around his hair. He eagerly wrapped his arms around my waist.
Kakashi cleared his throat. Naruto stopped, but I continued to kiss his jaw and neck, nibbling on his pale skin. He moans.
''Raine.'' Kakashi takes a warning step forwards, I giggle and release Naruto.
''Gomen, gomen.'' I smirked. ''So, what did I miss?''
Naruto explains everything to me, the Sand ninja's betraying Konoha, then aiding them, the Hokage's funeral - I can't believe I missed it! - Jiraiya's arrival and Naruto's new Jutsu, meeting Tsunade and Sasuke meeting Itachi.
''He met Itachi?''
''Yep, on the same day you met your brother.'' He nodded.
''Great,'' I mused. ''So Kaka-baka and Bubblegum, what's been goin' on?''
''Nothing.'' They chirped.
''Great!'' I whined. ''Nothing's going on, I'm so bored-''
''Then hang out with me!'' Naruto grinned. ''A date, believe it!''
I blushed - despite myself trying to keep it in. ''A-A date?'' I stammered, balls of nervous energy wrecked my stomach.
''Yeah!'' He pecked my cheek. ''I'll pick you up at your's at....'' He trailed off.
''Eight?'' I answered for him weakly.
''Yeah! I got the perfect date!''
Naruto *one hour later*
I haven't got the perefct date. I thought, bummed. I stalked over at Ichiraku's and ordered only one bowl of ramen. One.
I ignored their worried looks and tried to think of a perfect place for Raine. Argh! I scratched my head. I don't know. Anime crying, I continuously hit my head against the wooden table.
''Naruto-kun?'' Hinata called, looking frightened. ''Y-Y-You're b-bleeding.'' She stuttered.
''Oh.'' I mumbled. ''Hinata! Do you know a place where I could take someone out for a date?'' I asked hopefully, she shook her head, blushing furiously.
''Aw.'' I sighed. ''Raine and I are going on a date, and I can't think of where to go.'' I rambled, oblivious to the hurt expression she held. ''What's wrong?'' I asked, concerned.
''Y-Y-You and R-R-Raine a-a-are a c-c-c-couple?''
''Yeah. I thought everyone knew.''
''O-Oh.'' Hinate jerked away from me and ran away, tears in her eyes. I frowned; what did I do?
Hinata ran past me, crying, she bumped into my shoulder and we tumbled down, her on top of me. Awkward. She jumped off and tried to run away, but I held her arm.
''What's wrong, Hinata?'' I said, sounding worried. She was crying for god's sake!
She turned back and slapped my arm away. ''N-Nothing!''
''I'm not letting go, until you tell me what's wrong?'' I said sternly, and she flinched. Though she did stop.
''Y-Y-You a-are going o-out w-with Naruto-kun...'' She mumbled, blushing. My face displayed my shock, oh.
''You like him.'' I whispered softly, I dragged her over to the quiet part of the village. ''Don't you?''
She nodded, mutely. I smiled. I think this'll work.
''Hinata-chan, I can call you that right? Well.... If I'm not by Naru-kun's side...'' I sighed and smiled at her. ''Can you promise that... You'll take care of him?''
She looked at me strangely. ''W-What d-do you mean?''
''I won't be here forever.'' I admitted, she gasped. ''So, since you care for him... You love him...'' I scratched my cheek nervously. ''Can you promise me that you'll watch over him for me?'' I said hopefully. ''I know, well I hope Naru-kun could, would, forget about me, but he's Naru-kun. He never forgets, so I just want you to watch him for me; not to get him into too much trouble. I love him, but somethings come before love.. I will return though, someday.''
''OK!'' She declared, looking determined.
I smiled with relief, glad she was so understanding. ''Great. Well I got to go... Bye.'' I waved as I started to walk away.
''Yeah, bye... Raine-chan.'' She smiled.
''Raine-chan!'' Naruto shouted from outside my house, I gasped in alarm and started to put on the finishing touches of my outfit.
