Okay, yes, I'm re-doing this.:P I always wondered, what happened after Luke died? Because the series was a lot about him. So here I am telling you the story of Luke Castellan. GIVE IT A CHANCE. Oh, and I do not own any of the characters that were mentioned in The Percy Jackson series or their storylines. Those ownerships go to the author of the percy jackson, which was sadly not me. If you want to see where I'm starting after the book, scroll all the way down and I"ll leave a little entry.
----
When my eyes fluttered open I was surprised. Was I still alive? The scenery was familiar, but I felt the same. I felt like Luke Castellan. I touched my Achille's spot, which was right under my arm, and I couldn't feel anything. I jumped up and starred my clothes down.
"I'm really actaully dead.." I muttered to myself. I gulped. Kronos was gone wasn't he? He wasn't still...in me? I shuddered.
"He has to be gone." I reassured my self.
My clothes looked horrible...Or atleast you could call them clothes. Whatever I was wearing when I was in battle was gone. The only things left on me was burnt.
"Your going to Tartarus, you know." Said a voice. I looked up and saw a girl, maybe fourteen, looking at me. I glarred at her.
"Kronos is gone, Luke. You can be good again," Annabeth's voice said to me. My face loosened.
"I know." I mumbled to both of them, the girl and Annabeth's voice. I looked around again, and it didn't look too different from the last time I came here, except it might've been a little more civilized. There was still burning flesh on the ground, and the place gave you shivers down the spine, but it didn't seem so drastic.
"No, I mean if you keep sitting around. You have to get in line, you stupid-head." She snapped at me. I walked toward her slowly. She had dark brown hair and clowdy grey eyes, which for some reason matched the dull looking gown she was wearing.
"Oh.." I said to her. She groaned at my slow reactions and pulled me toward the end of the line.
"Er...Thanks for helping me?" I said to her, trying to get my 'goodness' back. She rolled her eyes.
"Gods, and I wouldn't have to do that if you weren't so dumb. What are you? Son of Apollo?" She insulted. My eyes puzzled. She didn't know who i was?
"No. I'm from--I'm Herme's...er...son." I mumbled, trying to swallow down the truth.
"Be friendly. Ask who she is," Annabeth's voice whispered. I nodded to myself.
"Who--Who are you?" I struggled. Her gray eyes pierced me.
"Sam." She said quickly. I smiled.
"I'm Luke." I said to her. She nodded like she really didn't care, which for once, was a good thing...
AN: Okay. Thats what I'm going to get out so far.:) Again, give it a chance. If anybody wants to remember what happened in the book before this, heres the last entry that Luke was alive. I DO NOT OWN THIS ENTRY:
" Luke gazed at Annabeth. 'You knew. I almost killed you but you knew...'
'Shhh.' her voice trembled.'You were a hero in the end, Luke. You'll go to Elysium.'
He shook his head weakly. 'Think...Rebirth..Try for three times..Isles of the Blest.'
Annabeth sniffled. 'You always pushed yourself too hard.'
He held up his charred hand.Annabeth touched his fingertips.
'Did you..' Luke coughed and his lips glistened red,'Did you love me...?'
Annabeth wiped her tears away. 'There was a time I thought...well, I thought....' She looked at me, like she was drinking in the fact that I was still here. and i realized I was doing the same thing. The world was collapsing, and the only thing that really mattered to me was that she was still alive.
'You were like a brother to me, Luke.' She said softly, 'But I didn't love you.'
He nodded, as if he'd expected it. He winced in pain.
'We can get ambrosia," Grover sai. 'We can--'
'Grover,' Luke hulped, 'You're the bravest satyr i ever knew, But no. Theres no healing...' Another cough.
He gribbed my sleave, and I could feel the heart of his skin like a fire.
'Ethan, Me, all the unclaimed. Don't let it...Don't let it happen again'
His eyes were angry, but pleading too.
'I won't,' I said. 'I promise'
Luke nodded, and his hand went slack.."
