The burning red and shining white.

They are so different yet so alike.

Maybe because when one rises the other falls.

And when they are standing they see it all.

But one sees through black and white.

And the other sees in colors and light.

One guides the seas and the tides.

The other cast shadows,

That move when it travels to the other side.

One's companions are the stars above.

The other leans against the blue sky it loves.

One shines brightest in the night.

The other basks in the day light.

One has holes, craters, and creates dreams.

The other is one of the biggest stars,

That always shines and gleams.

There is light wherever they roam.

Where you live, is also their home.

I speak of the moon and the sun.

They are not just brothers and sisters,

They are created to be one.
