The One That Got Away ~[[ON HOLD]]~

"WHAT?! NO F*CKING WAY!!"

That was Nicole's reaction when June had got home and explained to her what had happened before. June had cursed, the owner of the apartment, under her breathe as she stepped into the small place, they call their apartment. It's been about probably twenty minutes since she reached home, and the electricity was still out, which made her curse the owner again, for not being able to afford a generator.

'Yes f*cking way..." June whispered meddling with her chain.

"And then what? The d*uche didn't recognize you?" Nicole gasped next to June as her chocolate-smelling breathe eventually reached June's nose.

"Nicole...have you been eating chocolate?" June raised an eye-brow although Nicole wasn't able to see it. She felt Nicole stiffen on the couch as she started to stutter.

"Umh...m-m-mayb-maybe?"

"What? M-m-mayb-maybe?" June hid her smile as she imitated Nicole, "dude, you bloody well KNOW how fat your ass gets when you chunk down two Mars bars. Do you even remember what Michael says? And I quote; 'it all goes down to her ass'" June mimicked Michael's raspy voice.

Nicole snorted as she retorted, "yeah, yeah, what so ever. You forgot to answer my question mister."

"No okay?...He...didn't...recognise me," June's voice trailed off into a loud sigh.

"That bloody mother ffffffffff-UGHHH!! You know what June? That bastard should be screwed upside down and inside out by some pro-"

*FLASHBACK*

Summer looked at June and stuck her thumb in her mouth. June stuck out her tongue at Summer while she smiled in between those small pink lips. She pulled out her thumb an stared at June up and down for a while before turning to Shane and asking in a loud whisper, "Shane, is she a princess?"

Shane tried to stifle a snort before turning around to get a glance at June, "Pfft..no way!!" he lied, winking at June who had a 'seriously-dude?' expression on her face. Although Shane knew, without even thinking twice - she was THE princess. His Rapunzel, his Snow White, his Aurora, his Belle, his Jasmine and his Ariel. Shane decided to shake off that thought before spitting it out, remembering all those days he had baby-sat his baby sister and how she had made him literally break the replay button on the remote, while watching Disney movies.

"Then? Is she your girlfriend?" she gasped.

"Hmm..maybe?" Shane grinned, eyeing her sister's expressions carefully.

She raised an eye-brow at him and turned towards June sticking her wet hand towards her to introduce herself, "Hello, my name is Summer Williams and I'm his youngestestest sister. Nice to meet you Shane's girlfriend. What's your name? You're pretty. And you have a beautiful dress," Summer  told almost as if she had memorized the whole talk, not even stopping to have a small breathe of air, showing June a teeth-less smile.

June giggled as she took Summer's hand in hers and shook it, replying, "hey Summer! What a pretty name you have! I'm June,"

"I know! Shane put it for me when I was born! Well, Mummy always says that you have to tell your last name when you introduce yourself..."Summer replied, wandering her eyes all around her living room, pretending not to care.

"Summer!" Shane gasped, smacking Summer's back, when June tugged at the back if his shirt and mouthed, "It's okay."

"I saw that..." Summer narrowed he big brown eyes at June and screamed, "Mummy!!!! Shane hit me!! AGAAIINN!!!!"  Shane rolled his eyes, waiting for his Mom's reply.

"Summer? Your brother's home?" June stiffened a bit as she heard Mrs. Williams' smooth voice echoing through the house.

"Yes Mummy!!!!" She yelled, scowling at her brother as he grabbed June's hand, nodding her to follow him further into his house. June nodded nervously.

"Summer? Where are you?" they heard Mrs. Williams shuffle inside the house.

"Inside the house Mummy!!"

Shane rolled his eyes at his sister's stupid reply before adding, "We're in the living room Mom!"
