Out Of The Blue

PROLOUGE

1985 A Forest Somewhere Outside Berlin.

The boy crashed through the undergrowth, the sound of the sirens wailing and the guard dogs barking propelling him faster through the trees. Thorns and brambles slashing at his legs but the pain did not slow him down as he made his escape from the lab. His mother's words echoed in his head just before she died "Don't let them in your head promise me ".They hadn't managed it so far, but it was only a matter of time before they succeeded, after all he was only ten years old. He could not stop them forever. He had to escape. Part of his ability was his intelligence. It was of a much older person and it was easy so far to make them think they were winning. After they brought him back to his cell he would fake exhaustion .When he was sure they were not listening, he would do sit ups and press ups to keep him fit. This was harder than getting more food because that was easy. To keep him weak they only gave him enough food to keep alive .As they were not sure how powerful he was, they new as well as his mother did that a weak body was a weak mind. However, his mind was strong and it was easy to manipulate the nearest guard into brining him extra food and water. In addition, when he felt sure he was ready he made the guard shoot all the men watching the cameras, open all the doors and outer gate.  

Thoughts about his Mum caused his eyes to well -up tears pooled his eyes, and he relived the night she died again.  

They had trapped them down an alley .His mum was trying to blow a hole in the wall  Using her mind to cause explosions. She tried to break through but could not. He put his hands over his ears as bricks and cement rained down. The wet floor of the alley was covered in dust causing him to cough He looked up and saw four men with guns walking slowly towards them "mum, mum! "HE shouted as he pointed at the entrance to the alley. His mother turned round and looked down at him then at the direction he was pointing .She quickly raised her hand at the nearest soldier breaking his neck with a loud snap .In a blink of and eye she moved on to the next shattering his wind pipe. Unfortunately the last two men got a shot off each the first passing through her shoulder the second one hitting her in the stomach lodging in her liver .The pain was excruciating and she screamed as she fell to the floor..

Tears were running down his face as he exploded through the trees and into a grassy meadow.He looked up at the cloudless sky the full moon shining down on the clearing .Some sort of sixth sense told him to go right following the line of trees. The meadow was about fifty yards long and seventy across tall reeded grass covered the centre and after going about ten yards he suddenly stopped a man was on the trail about twenty feet away from himWhere the hell had he come from he thought as turned around going back the way he had come . A second man was just standing not ten feet away from him on the path.SLEEP.......SLEEP.....SLEEP the word echoed in his brain SLEEP.....SLEEP The boy yawned SLEEP....SLEEP....SLEEP he dropped gently to the ground in peaceful slumber. 

"Proffessor "the first man called behind him .The trees parted and small man with wild white hair walked out of the forest Clutching a small brown leather bag.He looked a little like Doc Brown from the Back To The Future movie." 

"What have you done to him?" 

"Relax, we have only put him to sleep this time.You know the boss is getting impatent, you should have had him under control by now" 

"I am close, another two weeks and you can do what you want with him." 

"You have until the end of the week and yes it looks like you're near. That's why a ten year old boy was able to kill six guards and walk out of maximum security installation " 

"The boy was stronger than we thought .We made a mistake we won't do it again." 

"One day this boy is going to found our just how powerful he is .When he does we all are not safe we need to break him now." The proffesor let out a loud sigh "I will double his dose of medication .You will have your assassin by the end of the week. 

"If you don't I will kill the boy and find another child who will join us do you understand? 

"Yes I understand."
