Where is the world

Heading to now?

Where has the

Motherly love gone? 

Work and makeup

Taking the walk up

Family and unity

Are now held with scrutiny

              Trying to impress

                  Trying to change yourself

              You held no flaw

                  But now you've got it all wrong

           Colouring your hair

                      Losing your share

                                  Do you think it's dignified?

                                         When you try to defy your true self

                                         Your pure mind  

                                         Corrupted to flamboyant

Who are you trying to impress?

 Why are you trying to suppress?

You know who you are,

In your life you are the star,

                Leave those jealous

                     Keep your head up high,

                          Leave those critics

                             They won't help you anytime

Join the band of self-loving

     Cause in the end

You'd be the last one standing....
