“Azumi, maraming salamat.” Sabi sa akin ni Alice.
“Wala iyon.”
“Hindi ko akalain na magkakilala kayo ng stepfather ko.”
“I saved him once, and this is the second time.”
“Really? Kailan yung una?” tumingin ako sa stepfather niya napatingin din sa akin.
“I’m the one who saved him from the Yakuzas.”
“WHAT?! How did you do that?! Grabe, Yakuzas are very dangerous diba?”
“Not really. It depends.” Sabi ko since we’re one of the yakuzas. Pero parang dominating ang assassin blood ko.
“Really?! Wow! Ang lakas mo pala talaga Azumi. I want to be like!” Nagtinginan kami ng father niyo.
“You won’t like it if I were you.” I smiled. “Sige po mauna na po ako.” Sabi ko at nagbow.
Paalis na ako ng kinausap ako ng father ni Alice.
“Hime-sama.” (Princess) Lumingon naman ako. “Ano.. hontouni.. hontouni gomenasai—“ (Uhm.. I’m really sorry) saka siya nagbow.
“Yaru.. yaru.. heki heki..” (It’s okay) Saka niya inangat ang sarili niya.
“Genki da ne?” (You’re doing good) I smiled.
“Eeh.” (Yes) I nodded. “Kimi mo.” (You too)
