Zach's P.O.V
I was in my room, reading some reports about the rouge attack that we had two weeks ago when I heard the doorbell rang. Groaning in annoyance, I get up to open the door but then I receive a mind-link from our guard T.J.
"Sir, Alpha Hall is here."
"Did he came alone?" I asked, "No, sir," T.J says, adding, "should I inform Alpha Johnson?"
"No, I'll inform him. But let the guests in and tell them to wait in the living room for me and Alpha Johnson, ok?" I ordered him. "Yes, sir" T.J answers and then cuts off the mind link. Sighing deeply, I place the reports on my desk and ran my fingers through my hair in frustration.
Walking out of my room towards the stairs, I started to mind-link Luke, "Luke, Alpha Drew Hall is here, along with a few of his pack members."
"Bring them in to my office," he says and then cuts off the mind-link.
Walking down the stairs, and making my way towards the living room where I saw T.J with Alpha Hall and his pack members, two guys who seem to be twins, the other two with dirty blond hair and a young girl sitting next to the alpha, must be his mate I guess.
"Alpha Hall," I greeted him, extending my hand out, "It's great to finally meet you."
He shakes my hand firmly, "Likewise, um..."
I cleared my throat, saying, "Zach Watson, Beta of Shallow Pack at your service Alpha."
Alpha Hall nods as he starts introducing his pack members, "This are Alan and Adrian," identical twins, hmm it's going to be a little bit hard to know which one is who, "my best friends, third in command and beta," he points to the two guys on his right, "Mike and Daniel." I nodded as I wait for him to introduce his mate, who looks slightly familiar to me.
"And lastly," he says, as he walks up to the girl, "this is Chloe..."
Chloe....
And this is Chloe......
I stood there in shock as the girl, who is my sister and who I haven't seen for a year, turns around amd looks at me.
"Hello, Zach," she says.
"Chloe," I whispered, feeling my voice breaking a little at the end.
Karma is a bitch, and it's biting me in the ass really hard right now.
Chloe's P.O.V
It's hard for me not to break down in tears as I stand in front of my brother after running away from this hell hole that was called home. But I can see that he hasn't changed a bit, apart from the new look that I am seeing right now.
Military hair, combat boots, brown leather vest, ripped off jeans....
A little bit of show off now, aren't we?
"So..." asked a confused Drew, "you two know each other?"
I nodded, and whispered, "He's my brother..."
Zach cleared his throat, "It's nice to see you again Chloe."
"Too bad I can't say the same thing Zach," I said, feeling a pang in my chest as I see the hurt in his eyes. He still hurt me but he will always be my brother no matter what happens.
"Anyways," said an awkward Drew, "where's Alpha Johnson?"
"He's uh..." was the only thing that Zach when we heard someone coming in the livingroom.
Someon who smells of aftershave and male body gel...Luke.
"Alpha Hall, very nice to see you again," Luke said to Drew, shaking hands with him as if they haven't seen each other in a long time.
"Alpha Johnson," Drew nodded at him and then introduced the guys again to him and me for last.
Wrapping an arm around my shoulder, he said, "And this lovely lady here is-" but he was cut off by a shocked Luke.
"Chloe?" Luke asked, in a shocked but also a scared voice.
Lifting up my head up high, to the one who was supposed to love, "Hello, Luke." I sighed, "Long time no see."

A/N: I am the worst person ever!!!! I feel bad for making you guys wait for this chapter which will be in three parts so this is just the first one.
