Hey peeps :D

Soooo, I'm literally freaking out about my FAVOURITE exam paper tomorrow, Mathematics. Yeah, did I ever mention how much I LOVE it? Well, incase you couldn't get my sarcasm, I despise math, period, to the core, hate it, wish it never existed and would do whatever it takes to throttle it to dust. I don't mind counting, but when totally unnecessary and complicated stuff like Sine and Cosine or Matrices and what not appear they really just look like they're trying to kill me. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever use them in life after I graduate. Sorry for the rant, I'm just preparing to fail :D

ANYWAY, today I'd like to dedicate this chapter to princessoftheocean :) thanks for your reads and votes. I am aware that you vote multiple times for a chapter every now and then, that's pretty cool! :D but I don't know if they'll count your votes after the second time, if they do, we'll all know where ASM got it's votes from ;) thanks! Appreciate you lots <3

Also, sorry for having a shorter chapter today. Apparently I don't find extending it to make this chapter much more interesting, therefore, TA-DA, short and possibly simple. Hopefully the next chapter will be able to make up for this one :D

Thanks for reading!

Chapter Thirty-Seven

-Train’s P.O.V-

We reached home at about five in the afternoon, being greeted by Scarlett who has been waiting for us since three to get back from the audition. We felt kind of bad for making her wait like that, but she didn’t seem to mind, and of course, why would she if it’s for Mitch?

“So how was it?” she asked first thing we got off the car.

Mitch began telling her every single detail with Sebastian joining in enthusiastically. In less than a minute I came to realize that Alan was gone. He probably ran off to see Sophia.

I stood there awkwardly and silently, wondering in my head what to do. I stared at my watch. It’s five ten now, Des is probably already at Kimchee Corner, starting off her last day there. Should I or should I not…?

You probably should be there with her and help make her last day worth remembering.

My legs began moving on its own and soon I was already on my bicycle, pedalling away rhythmically, heading towards a familiar direction.

Make her last day worth remembering? How, order more tea? Well I wouldn't mind that; for some reasons, the tea made by Des somehow tastes better. What? It's a fact.

          No, do something more interesting.

          Order a different tea?

I was confused with my own questions and self-talk, which isn’t completely new to me at all. Everyone knows that I’m a pretty boring guy, and making things more interesting is probably my weakest point. How I can pull that off will forever remain as a mystery, that’s if I succeed of course.

Maybe I should ask her out on a date.

My bike shook vigorously and I steered a solid ninety-degrees to the left to avoid hugging the lamppost. What did I just…?

I pedalled gently towards a shady tree and stopped there to recollect my thoughts. Okay, first of all, today is Des’ last day working in the Kimchee Corner, yes I am very aware of that. Second, I’m supposed to make this day memorable for Des, and possibly for myself too since it’s quite likely that I’ll never taste tea made my Des ever again. Third, I’m trying to make this day what, interesting? Like, how on earth can I possibly do that?
