Geek meets Boy...

Emerald's POV

Nooooo! What had I just done? I stopped running, and walked into an abandoned park. Sighing, I sat down in one of the swings. I pushed the bark around with my toe gently, thinking of Alex and what I'd just done. I sighed again and stood up, preparing to go home, it was dark and my mum was probably worried, it was ten thirty now. I heard footsteps and looked up, scanning the park for anyone shady. Wow, I was so clever. Going into an abandoned park, by myself, late at night. That just screams sensible, right? I saw a dark figure approaching me and I started backing away, scared. It was a male, tall, with broad shoulders, cloaked in darkess. My heart was pounding and I was trapped. I had backed myself against the fence of the park, perfect place for a murder, I thought sarcastically, while terrified. Then the moon came out and shone down, bathing everything in a silver glow. I breathed out in relief  as I saw it was Alex. I gasped though, because he looked insanely beautiful, the moonlight bathed his features in silver. His cheekbones looked like they were carved from marble, his lips full, skin pale and unblemished, hair mussed from the gentle breeze and eyes burning into me. Why would he want me? He could have anyone. The thought saddened me and my heart twisted. He reached me and just stroked my cheek, smiling down at me. 

"what are you-" he cut me off pressing his warm lips against my cool ones. I moaned and pressed myself into him, my body fitting perfectly with his. His tongue stroked my lip and I let him explore my mouth. We both pulled away after a few minutes, my lips still tingling and both of us breathing deeply. He smiled at me again and pressed his forehead against mine, looking deep into my eyes he whispered,

"I love you." 

I grinned, my eyes watering with tears of happiness as I murmured,

"I love you too."

We kissed and just stayed there, entwined in the moonlight, love filling my heart for this beautiful boy holding me.
