It's Called, Destiny

"Come on, Arisu. We need to go before the Ayamo legacy guards come!"

I quickly grabbed Arisu's wrist and make a run for it.

"Haru! We need to find Ryo." Arisu said as we finally reached Kohaku's residence.

                  "Why?"

"He is bringing us to the Destiny Coronation tonight. Maybe you will get your destiny today!" I smiled at Arisu's suggestion.

"Alright." We rushed up the creaky staircase and into Ryo and Kaede's room. My skin brushed past the wooden walls as I turned the knob.

"Ryo?" Arisu mumbled. Ryo slowly walked up to us.

"The Destiny Coronation is tonight, but I guess Arisu already told you. The thing is, I asked my father and he said you weren't on the list for the attendees, but Arisu was." Ryo explained.

                  Arisu looked up at me.

"Kaede, could you take Arisu with you to the Coronation?" I held my breath in, this was better for Arisu. Kaede got up from her lavender chair and put her hand on my shoulder.

"Sure Haru, but I want you to know it'll be fine. There is another Coronation coming up next week." Kaede reassured.

Be the best each moment, so that each day becomes the best.

Not everything is going to be picture perfect...

things sometimes take time, and have many rough

things to go through before you can get there, but

if you give up on the things you want...everything

you've gone through ends up being worthless.

Arisu stood there in her frilly red dress as I french-braided her jet-black hair.

"You will be receiving your destiny tonight, Arisu." I tried hard to smile for Arisu. No matter if I may not live, it's better for Arisu and I can ensure she'll be alive.

"Arisu, Kaede, Ryo! Time to go!" We hear Kohaku's voice from downstairs.

"I'll see you later Arisu." I lightly kiss Arisu's forehead and watch her walk down the flight of stairs.

The door slamed which signaled their departure. I then heard footsteps coming from the hallway, which then followed a light knock on my door. The door slowly creeped open revealing Kameyo.

                 "Hey, Haruki."

"I thought you left with Kohaku to the Destiny Coronation." I shot Kameyo a puzzled look.

"No, I told Kohaku I wanted to stay so I could talk to you." Kameyo smiles.

                 "About what?"
