Im a Vampire but My Mate is a Werewolf?

Chapter 2

I woke up with the moon light seeping through the dark curtains casting a split of light, feeling the welcome of the moon light and darkness a smile weaves it's way on my face. I start sitting up but stoped when I relize there is something holding me down.

I look down next to me and see sleeping Sam with his arm around me. He look so peaceful, so...happy, it breaks my heart thinking of leaving him. But I have to leave im a vampire and his a werewolf, we dont belong togather. Maybe you shouldn't leave then my head tells me. I have to.

I gentley remove his arm away from my waist and quitely clime out of bed and put my jacket on from grabing it from the floor. I quetly walk towards the huge glass window, pushing it open bringing in the cold wind in, I look over at Sam hoping the wind dosen't wake him up. I wait a few making sure it dosn't, when I feel satisfied that it wont wake him up I clime on the window sill looking out into the forest. Taking one last look at sleeping Sam I drop down to the ground and run.

No one is barely out but the boarder patrol but they are on the other side so it'll be awhile till they smell me I tell myself running faster. I soon reach the boarder stopping at it's edge taking one last look behind me.

"Goodbye Sam" I whisper taking in vamp. speed and flying through the woods.

Sam POV

I wake to the shimering sun blinding me making me groan, "God I mornings" I say reaching for my mate, but all I feel is cold sheets. I sit up and jumo out of bed looking for her, I walk to the bathroom hoping she's in here. No, were is she? My wolf howls in pain wondering were she could be.

I throw some clean clothes and step out into the hall, taking 3 steps at a time down the stairs towards the kitchen. "Any of you seen Cherry?" I ask looking at my two betas and my brother Tony. They all shake their heads "no" makng my wolf wanting to scratch out and go find Cherry.

"Mike, Josh and Tony get our best trackers in the pack, and let's go find her" I say running out the back door and bursting into my wolf with shareds of cloth fly around, I speed through the woods hoping to run across her sent.

Who she think she is? My wolf howls in pain and anger making me move faster towards the boarder line.

"Josh any news on the trackers?" I ask through the pack mind link.

"We have 6 trackers out there searching for her sir, dont worry we're going to find her" Josh respondes.

"Ok" Was all I said before shutting out of the mind link.

We've been looking for nearly 30 minutes around the boarder line but no one has got anything, and my wolf is ready about slitting some one's throat out. Why would she just take off? What have I done to her to make her run away?

"Alpha we got something, it's Cherry" It was all he had to say before I reach were he was and taking in her amazing vinilla sent making my wolf happy but not completley till I have her my arms.

"Let's go" I say fallowing her sent out of the boarder, we go through 6 miles till her sent gets stronger. She close I tell myself.

"Josh, Mike you guys stay here with the others, ill be right back" I say stalking forward.

I walk about a few hundred feet before I come across and field filled with tall grass and then 50 yards more a lake, She must be over there. I stalk forward trying not to have my dark brown fur show, becuase of my large size. I reach the edge of the grass were you can see the lake. But not my mate.
