Chatper 12 "...And take your money..."

As we sat eating in the kitchen, I couldn't help but still feel irritated by Cindy's presense... like how long is she really gonna be here? It helped keep me calm that I knew she was just a bang and dash to Dom, but still has she never heard of out staying your welcome? I sat next to Luke eating my burger and chatted about my driving, I had gotten my pervisonal license a few months after my 17th and had taken around 20 lessons, I was finally ready to take my test in a few days time, I mean I'm 19, it's about bloody time.

"So you think your ready to do it?" Luke asked

"Kinda, I want to practice a few more times on Adam old car before I take my test" I said while dipping my chip in ketchup.

Before Adam had bought his audi with our inherited money, he had bought an old micra with his own money from work. He decided to keep so we could all have a practice car for when we all started learning how to drive.

"Well why dont we go out now for a quick drive?" Jace interjected
"Nah its alright... you guys really wanted to watch movies tonight"
"Come on Sabrina, we will only go out for like half an hour" Luke begged
"Why are you so desperate to see me drive?" I asked getting curious
"Because we have never seen you drive before! You always take Alex as your licenced driver! or Adam! Come one! I promise we won't laugh, will we Jace?"
"Yeah what he said!" Jace joked.
"Hmmm... alright, does anyone else wanna come?" I asked the rest of the group while walking to the key cupboard.
"Come to do what?" Dom asked turning his head.
"See Sabrina drive" Jace answered while putting on his trainers.
"No way, Sabrina can you even drive?" Jared asked
"Why don't you come find out?" I laughed...

"Guys before I start, I would appreciate no comments until we get back to the house... okay?" I turned around in the drivers seat and cant help but laugh at Dom, Jace and Jared squished up at the back.
"Chill about Sabrina, we won't say anything!" Luke said from the passenger seat.
"Alright... here we go"
I slowly pull out of the driveway and onto the main road, keeping at the speed limit and my hands at a perfect ten to two on the steering wheel, as I apporach the junction I gently press on the brake and bring the car to a steady stop and put the car into neutral.
As the lights changed I put the car into gear and drove... we went around the streets, practising my turning, parking and reversing. They boys were extremely helpful, even though I didn't need it... only Alex knows how I really drive but I would never show Adam. As I pulled up outside my gate, I decided to stop and ask the boys what they thought.

"So what do you think?"
"Well your the perfect student I'll give you that" Luke said
"Yeah, you drive like the instructor... its almost to good" Jared eyed me suspiciously.
"It was kinda boring if you ask me... lil miss goody two shoes, won't even speed or over take" Dom sat back and folded his arms in disappointedment.
"I think what Dom is trying to say is that there isn't a risk factor it the way you drive, like its suppose to be exciting... I almost fell asleep for a minute... but you did good, well done Sabrina" Jace butted in.

I sat in my seat, not phased at all by their comments... they wanted risk and exciting?  I'd give them risk and exciting. I pulled out my phone and hit speed dial, they aren't going to expect this.

"Yo Sexy Sabrina! How's my favourite girl doin?" An over excited voice shouted down the phone over the back groud noise.
"Dean babe! I'm great... I take it from the noise you have one going down tonight?"
Luke opened his mouth to say something but I silenced him with my finger.
"What?! Yeah we got one on, you in?"
"Of course, you got a whip for me though?"
"Don't worry Sabrina, you know I'll sort you, ya got 20mins to get here, gotta have £2,000 though, you know how it works"
"Yeah, text me the location ?" I replied getting excited
"Yeah Yeah, see you in 20 babe.... Yo guys we got Sabrina!" I heard him shout to the people he was with before cutting off the phone.
"What the fuck what that about?" Dom demanded.
"Right; shut the fuck up and listen,  text the guys inside and say start the movies without us, we will be home later, I'm just gonna run to the outhouse and change, don't move I'll be five mins" I rushed out.
