Chapter 11

I jumped back startled and was shocked that I didn't even hear his footsteps.
'Man I really must've been lost in thought.' I blinked and noticed Erik staring at me anticipating an answer to a question I wasn't paying any attention to.
'My point exactly.'
I blushed but he couldn't really see my face because my hair was hiding it.
"Sooooo are u gonna answer my question?" He asked.
"Yes." I said as I nodded my head.
He still looked like he was waiting for an answer so I said " I just answered your question."
"Which one?" he replied.
"The one you just asked." I was starting to get confused. I know he asked me a question but I answered it so I don't get what the problem is.
"No I meant the one before that one."
"There was one before that one?" now it was my turn to ask questions.
"Yeah. I asked you a question before that one but you were kinda in your own world." He said. I looked at him. 'Awwwww he looks so cute!' my wolf said.
'Hush up you!' I told her. So where was I? Oh! The question I wasn't paying attention to.
I said to him,"So what was the first question?"
"Are you going to start explaining how you can do whatever you did back there?"
It's funny how just a while back he was so big and macho but now he's more like a curious 6 year old. I'm starting to think that night in the woods was just a show he put on but oh well. He never rejected me anyways.
"Yeah," I said "take a spot on my bed and I'll start talking."
He sat at the edge of my bed while I crawled towards the corner that meets the wall and tucked myself away in my blanket. I noticed that he was staring at me like if I were the oddball but come on! Who doesn't snuggle up in their beds any chance they get?
"You could get comfy too if you want" I said. It was kinda weird letting him see me so soft and nice when I'm normally the complete opposite in public. 'I wonder what he's really like.' so far I've only seen two sides of him and they we're completely opposite. I feel like he's hiding something but I won't pry. He'll tell me when or if he wants to.
I felt the bed beside me and I looked over and saw that he decided to sit as close to me as possible.
"Smothering me much?" I just love sarcasm.
" Sorry, my wolf can't help it" he sounded a bit hurt but he had his head tilted to where I couldn't see his eyes.
'So he doesn't willingly want to be next to me?' I thought. 'Let's just get this over with' my wolf said. I sighed.
"I'm not gonna give you the whole story of my life speech, so I'll keep it semi short and sweet. I grew up in a pack with a loving family but I shifted young and with good reason too. At the start my wolf looked like and was like any other wolf but as I got older other elements were added to me and my wolf. It's almost as if we evolved. I'm not completely in control of all my 'powers' but I know how what could happen with something were to go wrong, so to speak, so that's why me and Airabella live here away from the pack. We don't want to accidentally hurt anyone so we keep tabs with the alpha to keep the peace. And that's about it." I searched his face for some sort of emotion but it was a blank convoys.
I yawned and stretched and then sunk down like a limp noodle. I just chuckled to my self and began to snuggle deeper into my bed. 'Who cares what he thinks it's not like it's the end of the world' I thought but me and my wolf both knew that it was a lie. We wanted him to accept us, badly. We craved it and we were willing to do just about anything to get him to accept us as his.
It was still extremely quiet but I noticed he had laid down behind me and I smiled at the thought. I could tell he was awake because of the way he was breathing, it was soothing but it made me uneasy to not know what he's thinking.
Then all of a sudden.
"Hope you don't mind but I'm moving in with you guys tomorrow" he said.
I sat straight up just as Airabella shoved open my door and in unison we said "LIKE HELL YOU AREN'T!"

Hey you guys!(: I know I know it's short but it's better than nothing. Now I wrote down a majority of this chapter yesterday but when I went over the last chapter and looked at what i'd written it didn't quiet fit with the story as well as I wanted it to. With that being said I'm going to take down the description of the story and possibly change the title because I like to let my stories go with the flow and have free reign. This story will still be up but there will be no description for it. If there are any typos I'm sorry. It's my first time typing up a chapter from my phone so I'm not used to it yet.
