The Holocaust

There is screaming from children,

calling to their mothers for protection.

There is nothing that we can do but pray,

for a way, to escape.

We were captured from our homes,

taken on a train.

 You cannot imagine what we've been through,

with all of this pain.

************************************************************

The Nazis are like paparazzi,

swarming anybody that tries to escape their clutch.

Just yesterday, a little boy tried to climb under the fence.

 He was killed for lack of common sense.

Whether we die from the heat,

or not enough to eat,

we all try to survive,

and fight for our freedom.

************************************************************

Jews are dying off by the tens,

is it too late to make amends?

We have been here for weeks,

and our cries are turning into squeaks.

Please help us!

We are becoming very asthenious.

We fear that the remainder,

will die in the gas chamber.

************************************************************

It is over now,

it is time to depart.

Do not worry though,

it won't be long that we are set apart.
