I am a window

You have thrown rocks at me

I’m still unbroken

You have thrown knives at me

I’m still unbroken

When you tried to punch me

I split your knuckles and they bled

You have shot at me with a gun

it ricocheted and hit you in the face

I’m still unbroken

I’m still unbroken

When you tried to cover me up with curtains

I tore them to shreds and set them on fire

I’m still unbroken

You’ve thrown everything at me

A car; a lamp; the couch; rock stones

but they all broke into tiny little

pieces

while I

remained Unbroken…
