     What was his name again?

Vida suddenly remembered that he had his name printed on the umbrella’s strap but it was already too late.

His hands already reached out for his umbrella, his palms enveloping the part where his name was… completely hindering her from cheating her way to what his name was.

He silenced his friends with a simple sideway glance before looking at her again. He never corrected her and just went with it.

“Salamat.”

He told him to go to the infirmary and up until now he never came back.

Apparently the guy that she called Chico by mistake was in fact named Chronos, a star in their school.

And it was her first time to realize it.

It just took half a day that people started talking about him… particularly the female population.

So this was the type of guy that he was, Vida thought.

Chronos was the type of guy that blasted enough star mega-wattage to light up the entire female population. She also learned that he was the Captain of their school’s varsity team and to top it all he was Mr. Congeniality. Everyone in the campus was friends with him… except her…

If there’s anything that she did know, it was simply this, he was the kind she avoided at all cost.

Besides the fact that she’s the anti-social type there was one more thing that she hated about people like him at school. The energy they had were geared towards nonsensical stuff. She had no time for trivial things that’s why she wanted to avoided the likes of him.
