I couldn't stand the guilt that was eating me away, day by day, as I felt the baby inside me grow and grow.
I felt like I would burst, that I had to tell someone.
That is why I decided to visit my dear cousin, Elizabeth (or Lizzie, as I call her). She's the only one I can trust not to judge or tell anyone.
"Mary! I didn't expect you to come!"
"I couldn't help it, Lizzie." I said, going up to her.
Lizzie suddenly had a weird look on her face as she toched her belly.
"Blessed are you among women and blessed is the child you carry! How am I favored to have the mother of my Lord visit me? As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy.Blessed is she who has believed that what the Lord has said to her will be accomplished!"
I looked at her, astonished, "You are pregnant."
She smiled as she touched her swelled belly lightly, "It was a miracle."
"I know, you cannot have babies, yet here you are."
"The Lord was great. He can do anything, look at you, look at me."
"Wait, how did you know that I am pregant? I am not even showing,"
"I do not know, I think it's divine intervention because when I heard your name me and the baby instantly knew."
"Wow, does God does miracicious things."
"Yes, you should be thankful."
"I am, I am." I said, taking her hands, "You do not know how honored I am in being the Messiah's mother. I am not rich, or important, or even special."
"Mary, you are special." Lizzie said with a twinkle in her eye, "You have to be special, especially if God chose you."
"Yes, I am truely grateful for that."
"There's something else."
I sighed as I sat on a chair; she followed suit.
"Yes, you're right, you were always good in reading me."
"Just get to the point, Mary." Lizzie said kindly.
"Well, it is a miracle and all, since I am a virigin, but how do I tell my parents?"
Lizzie looked at me and grabbed my hand, "Don't worry, Mary, trust in God."
"I do, Lizzie."
"You knew exactly what would happen to you when you agreeed to it."
"Yes I did."
"Then don't worry, God would help you."
I smiled, instantly feeling better, she's right.
"Thanks, Lizzie, that makes me feel better."
She smiled warmly at me, "I'm glad I can be much help."
I then looked at her belly again, "How did Zacharias react to the news?"
"Shocked to the core, I think he was so shocked that he forgot to speak. I haven't heard him utter a single word since he heard the news."
"That is weird, did you see a doctor?"
"I think he'll come to, he is just a little shocked."
"How long ago was it that he didn't speak?"
"Six months."
"Lizzie, that is not normal." I said to her, a bit worried.
"I keep telling him to go to a doctor, but he simply refuses."
"Well, if he continues like that, you will have to force him."
"Oh, of course." Lizzie said with a micheveous smile.

"Mom, dad, I have something really important to tell you."
"What is it, dear?" Mom asked, her face showing concern.
I bit my lip, unsure on how to even start.
Oh God, please give me the strength for this.
"I'm pregnant." I bluttered out and nearly want to smack my head.
I couldn't have been anymore blunt, right?

Mwhaha I left it at a cliffhanger, but don't fret, this weekend is a long weekend, so I will upload again. Sorry for the long wait, I had a lot of stress and school stuff :)
