Epilogue

6 Years Later

Talulah sighed dreamily as she watched her mate train the new wolves. He looked so good standing there in just his shorts. His tanned skin was glistening with sweat and his muscles flexed deliciously every time he moved.

Talulah's mouth went dry as she watched him bend over to fix the postition of one of the infants. His ass looked mighty fine from her view at the window. She swallowed hard as she watched him swing the child in the air.

Her eyes watered as she watched him play with the little kids. He was already practicing and it made her feel so warm inside.

She watched him bark out orders to the older ones, a complete different demeanor to his playful attitude moments before. They looked towards their Alpha respectfully nodding and bowing their heads. Talulah felt so proud as she saw how he had their complete attention, how his presence had them enraptured.

He gave a signal and then the older kids started leaving, some of them taking the smaller ones with them. Parents and carers came to collect their own children and Talulah went outside to greet them just as a Luna should do.

She waved at them and conversed with the little ones before she greeted the parents and also her friends. They were mindful of her condition as they hugged her and kissed her. Talulah could feel his gaze on her as she talked with her friends before they left.

She felt his arms wrap around her waist, lightly stroking her tummy making her shiver. She leaned against his bare chest and moaned softly as he kissed her neck.

"I've missed you." She laughed softly at his words.

"It's only been a few hours."

"A few hours too long." He kissed up and down her neck, teasing her as he drew small circles on her waist.

"Wait...we're not alo-"

"They've gone. It's just us here." Her breathing spiked as his right hand drifted up slowly to her breast and grazed her overly sensitive nipple. Her head fell back on his shoulder and she closed her eyes.

Suddenly she felt him pick her up bridal style and carry her to the house. She gave a gasp of surprise but otherwise said nothing. If he wanted to brave her weight then she wasn't going to complain.

"I'm so glad you decided to make a house for ourselves."

He kissed her softly on the head and smiled down at her.

"You know it's not just going to be us. But yes, I'm glad too. The privacy is really worth all the hard work."

She agreed with him on that. Privacy was very much needed. Especially when you have so many male wolves living with you and them finding their own companions.

It was really great at first when they had all mated each other but it got tiresome with the constant banging of headboards and the kids that were popping up. The pack had grown to almost double its original number and Talulah felt her insides tingle joyously at having a hand in the new families created.

She smiled up at him as he put her down on the bed gently. He lay down beside her on her right, his right arm covering her stomach protectively.

He leant up a bit to stroke her cheek tenderly and he kissed her on the forehead whilst doing so.

"You don't know how glad I am you decided to come back. I will never stop praying and giving thanks that you were homesick. 1 day is bad enough but 2 1/2 years! Gosh, Talulah! I know you hate me reminding you but when you came back...that was almost the best day of my life." She bit her lip to prevent herself from telling him to stop. "Marrying you was the best day of my life. Now you can't leave me at all. You belong to me. With me." She rolled her eyes at his possessiveness but grinned nonetheless.

She cradled his face in her hands and kissed him softly.

"I love you so much. I'll never stop loving you. But I hate when you bring up our past. I'm glad too that I decided to come back. But we're together now. And we're not alone either."

She smiled at him shyly at the reminder and he looked at her with so much love in his eyes that she felt herself tear up. Stupid hormones.

She remembered when she came back. How he was shocked for less than a second before pulling her into his arms. How she realised that although years had passed, not much really changed. How she found mates for her lover's friends. How slowly they had built their own relationship and she didn't regret a thing. How she became the new Luna and helped to lead her mates pack. How they were husband and wife and the fact that they had created their own family, just like almost all their friends.

She didn't regret a single thing except come home to him sooner.

She felt him drift down her body to her stomach, gently kissing her there all over.

"Hey, little one. Your mama's getting all upset again. She's probably going to start crying again. You be a good boy for your mommy and daddy and keep calm. You'll be here soon." She loved it when she heard him talk to the baby. Her stupid hormones always out her mind out of wack and she always ended up crying while he laughed at her. Stupid boy.

"I love you, sweeheart." He looked straight into her eyes, his own green ones burning with adoration and sincerity.

He bent down and kissed his mark on her neck. She gasped in delight and moaned at the pleasurable sparks shooting through her body and towards her nether regions.

She lifted her arms to bring him closer when the sound of wailing froze them both.

Masen groaned and disentangled himself.

"As much as I love my kids, this is seriousy the wrong time." Talulah hid a smile at his fake annoyance because she knew he loved holding them as much as possible but he didn't want to hurt them with his big hands and his 'muscularliness'. She just tried not to laugh when he said that every time with an adorable scared expression on his face.

"Hey! It was your genes. Having twins wasn't exactly on my to-do list you know!" It was unexpected when they had twins, a girl and boy and both identical but Mrs B (Cody's mom) had said that Masen's mom's family had twins. So really, it was Masen's fault.

Talulah got up to follow him as both 1 1/2 year old babies had started screaming. It was most likely that Rose had started first and Rowan had followed straight after. She had a feeling Masen had cried after she decided to name her frist baby girl after his own sister Rose. It was the least she could do for him.

"You're not going anywhere. You rest and I'll put them to sleep. I'll be back soon and we can...continue..." She giggled at his mock stern look but stayed put in the bed because he was still half serious.

She watched him walk out the room and her stupid hormones started up again as she heard him whispering softly to the twins through her wolf hearing. They quietened down as he spoke to them, telling them yet again of how they were born.

Her eyes fluttered as she listened to the husky timbre of his voice, slowly lulling her to sleep. He was everything. They were everything. And she would be a fool to ever think of leaving him again and not being able to have them in her life.

They were it for her and she couldn't be more happy.

I'm so sorry that I uploaded really late and I just have to tell you that this was for you guys who have been following this story from the beginning. I love you guys so much and really, even though it's corny, I really couldn't have done it without you guys, coz there's like 23 or 24 of you who have voted on every chapter and that just really made me smile.

I cannot believe I've finally finished the first story I started on Wattpad!

I hope this was enough for you. I know it might be a bit crappy but I wanted to post the Epilogue now as I will not be able to do any uploads until end of June when my exams are over and I didn't think it was fair for you guys to wait that long!

I really love you guys and I'm sorry once again!!!!
