One day,
I tried to love.
But something happened,
It was giving up.
That day, I fought for love,
Gave me nothing,
Not too much.
Crying inside,
Remaining weak.
All those brushes,
Drew a peak.
Out the window,
Seemed miles down there.
My heart was tattered,
Torn I swear.
Thought I could find,
One more love.
But drowning downwards,
Sleepless thuds.
The heart is bitter,
And the sea is big.
Salted sicker,
Keepin' digs.
They called me a "loser",
I was afraid.
To speak out loud and,
Not to break.
I trembled at them,
And I had to pay.
Million dollars,
With tears that played.
I said I found love,
But they coudn't take,
More of my shit,
And the heart that craves.
I said I was poor,
For sorrow's sake.
Killing a grief heart,
It was too late.
