Sarah's POV
Sarah is in Greenbelt Five already she is on her way to California Pizza Kitchen where she will meet Gerald. On her way there, she decided to freshen-up so she went to the Ladies Room. She was retouching her make-up, when she heard a girl in the ladies talking with her friend about a certain Gerald Anderson.
Girl 1: Hay naku alam mo ba nagdate kami ni Gerald last Saturday and we ended up cozying up in my Condo. He is good in you know hahaha.
Girl 2: Sinong Gerald? Yung Gerald Anderson na nameet mo sa bar last month?
Girl1: Yup siya nga yun!
Girl 2: Are you two serious na ba?
Girl1: Ano ba kilala mo naman yung mga tulad ni Gerald noh hindi pangserious boyfriend yun noh. We are both just playing around no commitments.
Girl 2: Ay naku ikaw talaga friend eh di ano nakahanap ka ng katapat mo! Siguraduhin mo lang huwag kang maiilove diyan sa Gerald nay an dahil kung sakasakali kumuha ka ng bato ipupukpok mo sa sarili mo.
Girl: Hay friend don't worry about me
After hearing the conversation napaisip si Sarah is the Gerald Anderson they talking about the same Gerald she will be meeting in a few minutes.
Sarah: Naku what if the same guy yung sinasabi nung mga girls sa guy na I will be meeting now. Hindi ko pa naman na tanong kay Arlene ano yung surname ng blind date ko? What if iisang guy lang yun naku baka saan ako dalhin nun pagtapos ng dinner namin.
Sa loob loob ni Sarah patay ka sa akin Arlene. Peron na pagisipisip din ni Sarah na baka coincidence lang yun baka ibang Gerald naman ang ka blind date niya.
Gerald's POV:
In the resto, Gerald is waiting for Sarah in the reserved table supposedly for the four of them.
Gerald: 7:30 is the set time Gilbert told me that she is on her way already. Why is that girl not yet around it already 7:45? I'll give her another 15 minutes and if she is not yet here I'll go. Damn, that Gilbert, he wasted my night!
After a few minutes he saw a girl walking towards his table, hmm, she is a different one, Gerald thought. She is wearing a simple little black dress accented with multicolored stiletto. His impression is , she is simple but elegant, she is not in the same caliber with the girls he use to play around. She seems very prim and proper and she exudes an Aura that this girl is not for play. He was attracted at one look as she is simple and beautiful but inside him he thought that the girl smells trouble and he needs to back away.
Gerald: Oh please help me huwag sana siya. Hindi ko tipo ang ganyan pang seryosohan yan eh. And damn at first look I know that I like her already. Damn that Gilbert. Patay siya sa akin!
Sarah's POV:
She was led by the receptionist sa table reserved for them. She saw him when she was walking towards the table.
Sarah: Oh my parang half American pala siya. Infairness guwapo siya pero naku mukhang playboy kasi sobrang guwapo eh. Sige Sarah kaya mo yan isang dinner date lang naman yan eh.
Sarah: Hi are you Gerald?
Gerald: Yah, Sarah Right?
Sarah: ummm ako nga
Gerald: So sit down ang tagal mo eh 7:30 yung time diba? It's almost 8 pm
Sarah: I am sorry dumaan pa kasi ako ng ladies.
Gerald: I see, why are girls so vain?
Sarah: It does not mean na dumaan ako sa ladies eh vain na ako
