"Emily!" I heard my brother's voice called.

I whipped around in the airport, a smile spreading across my face as I saw my twin standing in the terminal.

"Emmett!" I called, running towards him and jumping into his arms.

He picked me up and spun me around in a circle as I dug my head into the crook of his neck, laughing.

"I missed you so much," I groaned, as he put me down.

"Missed you too," he said, with a half-smile.

"I have so much to tell you," I gushed, as we headed to baggage claim.

"I'd expect so," he said, with a laugh. "I mean, you just spent a year in England."

"I couldn't wait to get back home," I said, as Emmett pulled my bag off the baggage claim for me.

"But you benefitted from the program," he corrected, as we headed outside.

"Yeah, yeah Dr. Phil, shut up."

He laughed, a whole-hearted, deep belly laugh. "God Em, I've missed you."

"No," I corrected. "I've missed you."

We made it out to his car, and I hopped into the passenger seat, propping my feet up on the dashboard.

"Nice new ride," I said, after he dropped my bag in the trunk and slid into the driver's seat.

"It's a Mercedes Benz Concept Style Coupe," Emmett said, patting the seat. "And your feet had better not be on the dashboard."

I smirked at him, keeping my feet up. "You know me all too well Emmy."

"Don't call me that."

"I'll always call you that."

"So there's something I didn't have the chance to tell you on the phone," Emmett said, as we made it out of the airport parking lot.

"What's that?" I asked, with a bright smile.

"Well you know how we were living in an apartment together?"

"Yeah?" I raised my eyebrows at him. "Did you give my spot away?"

"No," he said, quickly. He shook his head. "No, I'd never give your spot away. I upgraded actually."

"You upgraded from our apartment?" I asked, a smile spreading across my face. "Where is all this outside money coming from Mr. Big Shot?"

"Well the Mercedes I've been saving up for since I was 12," Emmett said, pointing his finger at me.

"I remember."

"But the upgraded apartment was because I might've taken in another roommate?"

"So you did give my spot away?" I asked, feeling my heart drop.

"No," he corrected. "That's why we upgraded the apartment, so there's room for the three of us."

"So who is this mystery roommate?" I asked, pulling my legs into a criss-cross position. "And why haven't you mentioned them before?"

Emmett's phone went off, and he flashed me an apologetic smile before answering it.

"Hey babe," he said, and I rolled my eyes.

"Actually I'm with Emily right now," he said, flashing me a smile.

I raised my eyebrows at him. I'd never heard him turn down one of his booty calls for me.

"I'll call you soon," he promised, before hanging up the phone.

"Which girl toy was that?" I asked.
