Chapter Fifteen

Lucy paced Grace's room while Grace and I sat on the bed looking at each other. Lucy was muttering under her breath before she stopped and looked at us. “Okay. So, Geoff wants me to move in with him right?” We nodded and she went on. “Okay. And I said I wanted some time to think about it, and he went off because he said what's there to think about, and I said well I'm like seventeen years old dude, I can't just move out of home, and then he said that we were mates and nothing else mattered-”
“Ugh, I hate it when Aiden says that one. Being mates doesn't magically sweep things under the carpet.”

Lucy nodded before slumping down the floor, “I'm just...it's just all happened so fast, I mean. Five months ago we only just realised and now....” She rubbed her face, “our mating wasn't what everyone thinks it is,” she murmured quietly.

Grace and I sat up, raising our eyebrows.

“What do you mean?” Grace demanded.

Lucy sighed, “well I mean that day in the shed when he marked me, my wolf took full control over me and I wasn't able to um..well...okay.” She rubbed the back of her neck, “basically I lost my virginity in the math class and Geoff's never forgiven himself for it-

Grace frowned, “wait, wait, wait. You mean to say, you didn't want to do it in there? And Geoff went on with it?”

“He didn't know. I didn't say anything, well I said his name a few times but I think he thought that was uh, me enjoying it.” Lucy sighed. “Afterward...well it was awkward enough, he'd come over my house to speak with my parents, and they'd left soon after and it was just us...He was very much in the mood...and I kept trying to get him to go, and then he asked me what was wrong.” Her voice cracked, “he constantly brings it up. How he feels like he raped me, I don't see it as rape...but my wolf... she stopped speaking to me for a while, she felt bad...we've started talking again these past few months but god, every time Geoff brings it up it just makes me so angry, I forgave him for it. I'm just-I mean if we move in together, I don't know.” She rested her head in her hands while Grace and I stared at her shell shocked.

Geoff and Lucy to me, were the most affectionate couple I had ever seen, it was a shock to know that their first mating had gone so wrong...

“I love Geoff, I do. I feel like I'm being rushed to grow up maybe. I mean I spend a lot of time at his house anyway, I practically live there, it's just that, living there, actually living there. Because my mate is older I've had to grow up faster, and I feel jipped.”

Grace got off the bed and gave her a hug, “what are you saying retard, you still act like a four year old.” Lucy snorted laughter and shoved her off, diving on the bed and laying down.
“Have you told Geoff about this?” I asked.

She sighed and shook her head. “No.”

I shrugged, “worth a shot. Just tell him how you really feel, and it will be okay.” I smiled my best reassuring smile and she nodded, before we all took a little siesta on Grace's bed

Aiden POV.

“Evelyn told me not to,” I sighed sitting in front of my dad. “I can't let this go,” I growled, “I want to revoke the alliance with them, but I want five of our SF's to take out the entire Alpha family. They are untraceable, and it won't lead back to us.”

Dad nodded, “I agree. If this was your mother I still would be slaughtering them, but knocking out the entire Alpha family is good enough. This is to be a closed mission, only Marx, Kane, Leo and Samuel will know about this.” He pulled out his phone and sent out a message before closing it.

“I feel bad lying to her about this, but I want blood,” just the thought of them hurting her sent me into a fit of rage. “Killing only the family pisses me off, I want every single one held accountable, but she'd know then it was me. If it's just a hit on the Alpha family, she'll never have to know I went behind her back.”

Just the idea of disobeying her wishes was sending me into a nauseated state.

“It's not good is it?” Dad asked, smiling. “Having to ignore what your mate has asked?”

“Feels like shit,” I snapped. Dads phone went off and he opened it.

“It will be done.”
