Why She Fell

Two years ago, Erin Fitzgerald used to be one of the most popular girls at Jefferson High. Now, it’s her junior year and she’s at the bottom of the social ladder. A loser with no friends, Erin is constantly trying to make herself unnoticeable. But that’s pretty hard when her ex-best friend, queen bee of the in-crowd, is so out to get her. Then a new boy shows up—or rather, an old friend. Daniel comes back, two years after being rejected and humiliated by Erin, and what used to be a dork is now hot enough to have a high social status. Initially, Daniel somewhat ignores Erin and vice versa, but curiosity gets the better of him and he makes it his goal to figure out why exactly Erin is no longer the girl who guys to be with and who girls want to be. It’s difficult, especially because she isn’t willing to talk about it. But will the feelings of past love come back and cause Erin to open her heart to him?
