The first person to make any noise was Gavin, and that noise was in fact loud laughter.

He jumped to his feet and over to Harry, wrapping his arms around him as he jumped up and down on the spot screaming with excitement.

“You beautiful, beautiful chocolate haired boy!” Gavin screamed as he took Harry’s face in-between his hands and placed a kiss to his forehead.

Gavin’s laughter was quickly followed by Jaden’s.

He leaned his head back on the wall “I’ve never loved a white boy so much in my life.”

Harry’s face scrunched in pain as he stood us straight and leaned back, placing a hand on his lower back as he looked like he was trying to crack it “Love you too chocolate milk. Seriously though, that looks really cool in films and all but the part where they walk away without so much as a limp is utter bullshit.”

“You went full on Bruce Willis in Die Hard there.” Gavin told him, slapping his back and then quickly apologising when Harry let out a scream of pain.

“Yeah and my brother’s going to go Hannibal Lector on me when he sees the state of his car.” Harry replied, turning and taking in the damage to the Range Rover. The front was completely destroyed, and looking at it now I’m surprised he even managed to reverse it out of the hole in the wall.

“Sorry but can we just get the hell out of here please?” Frankie cut in, and everyone snapped back to reality and realised that we were still on the other side of the door to a psychopathic killer.

My eyes widened as I remembered that I had unlocked the door. I immediately shot to my feet, pushing myself up and diving towards the door before he had a chance to open it.

To my surprise he was still there but he was making no effort to so much as turn the handle.

I turned the key again, this time the click told me I had kept the animal out not allowed him to come in.

He shook his head, taking the knife away from the throat of Miss Vines and pointing it through the glass at Harry.

“You have seriously pissed me off kid.” He growled through his mask, and my stomach dropped as my eyes went to Miss Vines. Sure we could not feel safe, but we couldn’t leave her here to his mercy.

Harry furrowed his brows, pointing his thumb at Melt Face as he looked between the rest of the guys.

“Is that Bane?” He asked, and Gavin shook his head before mumbling something along the lines of ‘Don’t ask mate.’

I jumped out of my skin as the tip of the knife in his hand came flying at the glass. Obviously it didn’t get through, but I still jerked away from the door.

“I will kill her.” He growled, his eyes on me now as he pointed the knife at Miss Vines “You leave I will spill her fucking blood all over this floor and that will be on you!”

Archie got to his feet, taking a step forward until he was directly behind me.

“Let him go. He needs to go to a hospital, just let him go and we’ll stay.” Archie told him, pointing at Jaden.
