Chapter 1

Hi, my name is Chancelor Griffen but people call me Chance. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm 15, I'm from San Diego CA, but we moved to Los Angeles for my dad's job. I can't say I don't like it (; The artist's I listen to would be mostly Cody Simpson, because I love him so much, but I also like Justin Bieber, Greyson Chance....you know, the whole sha-bang. My family is very close and my sisters are like my best friends, My sister Alessandra and I do everything together, my older sister Mira is off at college so when she comes back it's like a party. My favorite things to do in my spare time are sing, play guitar, dance, and sports like ( volleyball, cheer, and rugby.) I have family from all over the world like Australia, Canada, Ireland, and different parts in the U.S. My heritage is Irish, but my family likes to explore, so that's why the moved to different places, to explore. I must say though going to visit them is the best part because I get to travel the world. I like traveling and learning new things in different cities and parts of the world. My favorite place to visit though is Australia, 1. because the beautiful Cody Simpson is from there, 2. because my relatives live there, and 3. because it's just so pretty. I like living in LA because there is so much going on there, and the beaches are just amazing if you wanna go and get some color, or just to relax. Every morning I go running in the hills, it's my only place I go to get away it gives me time to think. I live in the suburban part of LA, my neighborhood is very quiet but, I live next to the most annoying people in the world who like to scream and yell at 3 A.M, but other than that I like it. I like school because I get to see my friends, Aliva and Belle. Those two are like my twins, I love them so much! Alessandra and I go to the same school, we hang out with all the same people, but she has her friends and I have mine. I have a car but I can't use it just yet, only 78 more days until I get my hands on that piece of plastic that holds my freedom. My features? Well I have dirty blond hair, emerald green eyes and I guess you could say I have an okay body, but you know society these days. Well I guess you have heard enough about me, so I'll let y'all go. (:

December 30th 2011

So today is the eve of New Year's Eve, I still don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow everyone is having parties...I mean i was invited to some of them, but I know there is going to be alcohol and other things. I don't want to be put in a situation where I'm the only one sober and I'm the one taking care of everyone else. That sure does not sound fun. I want to be able to remember my New Years, and I don't want to remember being the nurse of the party. Today I am going to the boardwalk with Alivia and Belle, Alessandra said that she will meet us later cause she has plans with 'Bennett' I hate him, I don't see what Alessandra see's in him, but what ever makes her happy....I guess. Well I guess I should go get ready considering I'm still in my pj's and it's noon.

I ran to my bathroom and pressed play, the song started playing before I got in the shower, i hummed the melody until I got into the shower. I started singing my heart out. What song? Well only my favorite song in the world, 'Crazy But True' by the one and only, lovely Codes Simp(: I got out 5 minutes later and rummaged trough my closet and managed to throw on my boxing glove hoodies and some white shorts and my high tops, this happens to be one of my favorite hoodies in the world! I blow dried my hair and decided to curl my hair, I put on my usual eye make-up...eyeliner and mascara. I grabbed my sun glasses and phone, I ran to the kitchen and grabbed a napkin and pen and wrote my parents a little note (just so they didn't assume i was killed or kidnapped...yeah they have very active imaginations) Hey mom or dad, I went to the boardwalk with Alivia and Belle be back around 4:30.
