Chapter 10: The Final Battle

"Thats great and all guys but we have no clue where he went." Katherine said stomping on a spider

"Wait a sec" Meladie said holding the letter her mother gave her

"What is it?" Aurora asked"

"Its nothing, I was just wondering why these letters are in a different style of writing."She said opening the letter

"Give me that." Kara said snatching the letter. "Well I'll be, looks like our friend Arakno isnt good with location." she continued

"What makes you say that? " Drako asked

"Well for starters he built this place not far from where he started his act of evil, and would'nt it be obvious that he was the only one actually wanting a view of the place where everyone griefs?" Kara said

"What?" Joshua asked

"It means, that he is there" Kara said whipping the window with her sleve then pointing at the forest outside

"Well what are we waiting for i want to punch someone." Drako said setting his fist on fire

-Meanwhile-

"Those pathetic brats, they think they could save there parents, now this altar is not only where the beast was sealed away but ot os also where I will get my revenge." Arakno said laugthing. "Perfect boys, set her down here and make sure she is tied down to the slab, we dont want our guest escaping. Good lets begin, now that those kids are out of the way "and all the loose ends are tied up nothing will stand in my way."

"Dont tell me you left me out of the equation." Ultear said jumping out of the tree

"Trust me I didnt. I learned from my mistakes, last time i left you out and thats how they sealed him away. Trust me when i say you werent forgotten." he said with a smile

"I'm gonna whipe that smile off your fa...!" she said before she got a sword to the stomach

"You're a monster" she said feeling the warm blood in her hands before colapsing

"Why Thank you" He said said kicking her weak body aside

"Let's get started. From the light, I come and to the drakness i shall go. Many years have past since these wizards locked away. Today they ahve reunited to summon you once again. Come out and rise once more the great demon lord Serezan."

Suddenly the ground shook, the altar started to crack. The bright sky turned quickly to darkness and storm clouds. Rain porred down over head.

"Wait what is going on and why am i tied down to this slab?" Erza said wking up form her coma

"Arakno, YOU, you're the one who betrayed us? I knew Reckury would never do that to us." Lucy said also waking up

"And you know what ill do it again." he said

The floor of the altar cracked once again and a dark mist flowed out. It took the form of a giant shackled demon. A screach filled the forest.

"Thats right my pet, you are free now seek your vengeance on the people who imprisonned you. Now Serezan take there souls." he said with a evil smile before the creature took there souls

"Stop it Arakno, you get away with this. It all ends here and now." I said holding an ice sword in my hands

"A but i already have. You are too late, there gone and now I will end this now by disposing of you brats." he said 

"It cant be..." Luniana said shedding a tear

"Oh its very true and you are next." he said

"Enough talk let them." Drako said punching his hand

We ran forward to fight Arakno but his goons stopped us in our tracks

"I told you I planned everything"he said before held to sword point

"Joshua! Do it, kill him" I yelled

"Go ahead boy kill me. I know waht you really want. You crave power, unstopabble, undescribable and undestructible power. Join me and I shall give you all you desire." he said before Joshue dropped his sword

"Joshua NO!!!"

but it was no use, by the time we screamed it was too late, Arakno had alreaady picked up his sowrd and stabbed Joshua in his back and continued his ritual.

"With blood I know spill, my purpose is complete. Serezan take this body, break your chains, fill this world with a tone of pain and blood." With a clap of his hands Serezan screached and Joshua's body was dissolved and devoured by the demon. The creature broke free of his chains and roared

"Wow you did it you killed all my troops, well no matter you still have to take care of me and Serezan." he said jumping on Serezan's shoulder

 "I got this." Ishira said making is Silver blood sword appear in his hand

He jumped into the air and slashed the creature's arm. Drak purple blood covered his white skin. It reacked in a way quite unatural. He felt nothing his wound healed rapidly and the demon glared at Ishira. He flicked him away like a bug. Ishira landed on the ground forming a small crater. He had fallen unconcious, bleeding from a huge slash on his chest.

After that we looked at each other and decided to combine our powers to fight it and actualy put a scratch on that thing but it was no use. It healed it self rapidly. Many of us were incokmpasitated. Sedna, annabeth and kara, where knocked out, aurora was barely abale to move. Bull's eye broke most of his bones. and the rest of us were badly injured. Our last hope was Drako and Meladie.

They combined the dragon slayer powers but we all knew it was over when the beast grabbed Drako. It took on good look at him and drained his life away.

"DRAKO NO!!!" but it was he was tossed away like a ragdoll. Meladie ran towards him but he was gone. She gave him a kiss and got up in front of Arakno and Serezan and she positioned her hands and feet.

"She would'nt" I wispered to myself

"Here i stand, before you now. From my father's power, I summon mine" she said

"Dont do it Meladie." I yelled

"There is no other way, I am going to do this for all of us."she said letting tears fall." From the elements I gin my powers, today i give them back. My life must go, so now I give life to others. I now call upon the Elemnetalist's last stand!!!" Then she clapped her hands and a flsh of blinding light apperred and blinded us all. When it stopped she was gone. She was gone and where the demon stood was a pile of ashes. Arakno was trying to crawl away and all the souls were brought back. Even the lives that were taken. All our parents were alive and carrying us kids back home.
